Claims (12)
- 수분 함량이 5 중량% 이하인 정제 옻칠; 단일벽 탄소나노튜브, 이중벽 탄소나노튜브, 다중벽 탄소나노튜브, 얇은 다중벽 탄소나노튜브, 다발형 탄소나노튜브 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하되, 표면 개질되지 않은 상태인 전도성 탄소재; 및 금속 입자;를 함유하는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 정제 옻칠 100 중량부를 기준으로, 1 내지 10 중량부의 전도성 탄소재 및 100 내지 300 중량부의 금속 입자를 함유하는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 비수계 용매와, 분산제 포함하는 첨가제를 더 포함하는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 정제 옻칠 100 중량부를 기준으로 100 내지 500 중량부의 비수계 용매 및 비수계 용매 100 중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 20 중량부의 분산제를 함유하는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 입자는 구형 또는 플레이크 형상인 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 금속 입자는 유니모달, 바이모달 또는 트라이모달의 크기 분포를 갖는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 탄소재는 그래핀, 환원된 산화 그래핀(RGO; reduced graphene oxide) 또는 그래핀과 환원된 산화 그래핀을 더 포함하는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 입자는 은 입자; 백금 입자; 은이나 백금과 상이한 이종 금속의 코어에 은 또는 백금의 쉘을 갖는 코어-쉘 입자; 또는 이들의 혼합 입자를 포함하는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 전자파차폐용인 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물. - a) 수분 함량이 5 중량% 이하인 정제 옻칠에 단일벽 탄소나노튜브, 이중벽 탄소나노튜브, 다중벽 탄소나노튜브, 얇은 다중벽 탄소나노튜브, 다발형 탄소나노튜브 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하되, 표면 개질되지 않은 상태인 전도성 탄소재 및 금속 입자를 혼합 교반하여 1차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 1차 혼합물에 비수계 용매 및 분산제를 포함하는 첨가제를 혼합 교반하여 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물의 제조방법 - 제 1항, 또는 제3항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전도성 옻칠 도료 조성물이 도포 및 건조된 도막을 포함하는 기재.
