Claims (16)
- 에틸렌성 불포화 이중결합을 갖는 1종 이상의 활성 에너지선 경화성 화합물(A), 1 분자 중에 2개 이상의 메르캅토기를 갖는 1종 이상의 티올 화합물(B), 광개시제(C), 양자점 입자(D), 및 산란입자(E)를 포함하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물로서,
상기 화합물(A) 1 당량 당 화합물(B)은 0.20 내지 0.80 당량으로 포함되고,
하기 수학식 1로 계산되는 상기 화합물(A)의 W 값이 3.0 이상인 양자점층 형성용 조성물:

WFn: n물질의 중량 분률(weight Fraction) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물(A)은 총 중량에 대하여 물/옥탄올 분배계수 log P가 3.5 이상인 화합물을 55 내지 100 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물(A)는 총 중량에 대하여 3 관능 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 이중결합을 갖는 활성 에너지선 경화성 화합물을 5 내지 45 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물(A)가 (메타) 아크릴레이트계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물(A)가 수소결합성 관능기를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물(A) 및 화합물(B) 합산 100 중량부를 기준으로 광개시제(C)가 0.1 내지 10 중량부, 양자점 입자(D)가 0.1 내지 5중량부, 및 산란입자(E)가 0.5 내지 15 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물(B)는 티올 관능기 1 개당 1 개의 에스터 관능기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광개시제(C)는 1종 이상의 아실포스핀 옥사이드(Acylphosphine oxide)계 광개시제와 아실포스핀 옥사이드(Acylphosphine oxide)계 이외의 광개시제 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양자점 입자(D)는 코어층과 상기 코어층 외곽에 위치하는 쉘층을 포함하고, 상기 코어층 및 상기 쉘층 중 적어도 하나가 알루미늄, 실리콘, 티타늄, 마그네슘 및 아연 중 적어도 하나로 도핑되고, 상기 코어층은 III-V족 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산란입자(E)는 실리카(Silica), 알루미나(Alumina), 실리콘(Silicon), 알루미나(Alumina), 이산화티타늄(TiO2), 지르코니아(ZrO2), 황산바륨(Barium Sulfate), 산화아연(ZnO), 폴리메타크릴산메틸(Poly(methylmethacrylate), PMMA) 및 벤조구아나민(Benzoguanamine)계 폴리머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것이며,
평균 입경이 10 내지 100 나노미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 화합물(A)에 포함되는 물/옥탄올 분배계수 log P가 3.5 이상인 화합물은 이소보닐(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리시클로테칸 디메탄올 디(메타)아크릴레이트, 사이클로헥산 디메탄놀 디(메타)아크릴레이트, 디시클로펜타디엔닐(메타)아크릴레이트, 디시클로펜테닐옥시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 디시클로펜타닐(메타)아크릴레이트, 디하이드로디시클로펜다디엔닐(메타)아크릴레이트, o-페닐 페놀 옥시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 3,3,5 트리메틸시클로헥실 메타아크릴레이트, 및 탄소수 6 내지 20의 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 3 관능 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 이중결합을 갖는 활성 에너지선 경화성 화합물은 트리메틸올프로판 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 프로필렌 옥사이드 부가 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 글리세린 프로필렌 옥사이드 부가 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리스(2-하이드록시에틸)이소시아누레이트 트리(메타) 아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 테트라(메타)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가 테트라(메타)아크릴레이트, 디트리메탄올프로판 테트라(메타)아크릴레이트, 디 펜타에리트리톨 펜타(메타)아크릴레이트, 디 펜타에리트리톨 헥사(메타)아크릴레이트, 3관능 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트, 6관능 우레탄(메타) 아크릴레이트, 10관능 우레탄(메타)이크릴레이트, 및 15관능 우레탄 메타 아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 티올 관능기 1 개당 1 개의 에스터 관능기를 갖는 화합물(B)는 에틸렌글리콜디머캅토아세테이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리머캅토아세테이트, 펜타에리트리톨테트라머캅토아세테이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사머캅토아세테이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 트리메틸올프로판 트리(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 에톡시레이티드트리메틸올프로판 트리(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 트리스[2-(3-머캅토프로피오닐옥시)에틸]이소시아누레이트, 폴리카프로락톤 테트라(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 펜타에리트리톨 테트라키스(3-머탑토부틸레이트), 1,4-비스(3-머캅토부티릴옥시)부탄, 1,3,5-트리스(3-메르캅토부틸옥시에틸)-1,3,5-트리아진-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-트리온, 및 트리메틸올프로판트리스(3-메르캅토부티레이트)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 양자점층 형성용 조성물. - 제1 배리어층; 제2 배리어층; 및 상기 제1 배리어 층과 상기 제2 배리어 층 사이에 위치하는 양자점층을 포함하며,
상기 양자점층은 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항의 양자점층 형성용 조성물로 형성된 양자점 필름. - 제14항의 양자점 필름을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제15항의 백라이트 유닛을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
