Abstract
본 발명의 골프공 커버 조성물은 180℃ 이상의 고온에서는 폴리우레탄의 가교결합이 끊어져 우레탄의 흐름성이 확보되어 사출 성형이 가능하고, 사출성형이 가능한 결과 기존의 캐스팅에 의한 우레탄 커버 제조의 공정상의 문제점을 극복하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 골프공 커버 조성물을 사용하여 제조한 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄은, 사출 후 냉각 시 다시 가교결합이 형성되어 폴리우레탄 탄성체의 기계적 물성을 확보할 수 있으므로, 반발 탄성이 우수하고 역회전 성능이 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

Claims (10)
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU;Thermoplastic polyurethane) 100 중량부에 대하여, 1~20 중량부의 블록 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머, 0~10 중량부의 폴리아마이드를 혼합 및 교환반응시켜 제조된 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄(Self-healing crosslinked polyurethane)을 포함하고,
상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄은 경도 40~70 Shore D 범위이고,
상기 블록 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머는, 3개 이상의 하이드록시기를 가진 가교형 폴리올과 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 이소시아네이트기를 말단으로 하는 가교형 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 가교형 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머의 말단 이소시아네이트기를 블록킹제로 블로킹하는 단계를 통하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
안료, 산화방지제 및 유기 또는 금속을 포함하는 무기물 충진제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 첨가제를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 3개 이상의 하이드록시기를 가진 가교형 폴리올은 트리메틸올에탄(trimethylolethane), 트리메틸프로판(trimethylolpropane), 에탄-1,1,2-트리올(ethane-1,1,2-triol), 글리세롤(glycerol), 펜탄-1,2,3-트리올(penthane-1,2,3-triol), 소비톨(sorbitol), 트리하이드록시사이클로헥산(trihydroxycyclohexane), 디펜타에리트리톨 디펜타(dipentaerythritol dipenta), 1,2,5-헥산트리올(1,2,5-hexanetriol), 벤젠-1,2,3-트리올(benzene-1,2,3-triol), 벤젠-1,3,5-트리올(benzene-1,3,5-triol), 벤젠-1,2,4-트리올 (benzene-1,2,4-triol), 1,2,4-트리하이드록시부탄(1,2,4-trihydroxybutane), 2-메틸부탄-1,2,4-트리올(2-methylbutane-1,2,4-triol) 및 3-하이드록시메틸펜탄-1,2,5-트리올(3-(hydroxymethyl)pentane-1,2,5-triol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디이소시아네이트는 방향족 이소시아네이트로서, MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate), TDI(toluene diisocyanate), NDI(naphthalene diisocyanate), TODI(tolidine diisocyanate), PPDI(p-phenylene diisocyanate), 지방족 이소시아네이트로서 HDI(hexamethylene diisocyanate), IPDI(isophorone diisocyanate), H12MDI(4,4’-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
블록킹제로는 에틸렌글리콜(ethylene glycol), 네오펜틸글리콜(neopentyl glycol), 프로필렌글리콜(propylene glycol), 헥실렌글리콜(hexylene glycol), 1,6-헥산디올(1,6-hexanediol), 트리에틸렌글리콜(triethylene glycol), 카테콜(catechol), 레소치놀(resorcinol), 하이드로퀴논(hydroquinone), 디메틸올 페놀(dimethylol phenol), 비스페놀(bisphenol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버 조성물. - 하이드록실기 3개 이상을 갖는 폴리올과 디이소시아네이트를 1:2 내지 1:4의 몰비로 반응시켜 가교형 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 제조하는 단계;
상기 가교형 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머에 블록킹제를 상기 폴리올에 대하여 1:2 내지 1:3의 몰비로 첨가하여 가교형 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 말단의 이소시아네이트기가 블록킹된 가교형 블록 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 가교형 블록 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머와 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 조성물을 혼합하여 압출기에 넣고 180~220℃의 온도 범위를 유지하며 충분히 교반함으로써, 교환반응을 시키는 단계를 포함하는 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄의 제조방법. - 제 1항, 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버 조성물을 사출성형하여 제조한 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버.
- 제9항의 자기치유 가교폴리우레탄 골프공 커버를 포함하는 1 내지 3중 커버 형태의 골프공.
