Abstract
이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 학교 식당 및 대형 구내식당 등에서 발생되는 오일성 유해물질(찌든 기름성분과 그 냄새 등)을 미세먼지(VOC 화확물질) 및 각종 부유물과 함께 정밀하게 여과하도록 하는 것으로, 이는 데미스터와 프리 필터가 세피오 필터와 함께 일련의 필터 앗세이를 이루도록 하되, 유니트 본체의 내부 공간부에는 격판에 의해 다단으로 구획된 각 존이 여과 구간을 이루도록 하는 바, 이는 리턴 에어(RA)가 공급 에어(SA)로 토출되기까지 순차적인 경로에 의해 엑셀팬의 정압 저항을 최소화하면서 원활하게 필터되도록 형성되고 특히, 필터 앗세이는 오일성 유해물질(찌든 기름성분과 그 냄새 등)을 미세먼지(VOC 화확물질)에 대한 탈취성와 살균성이 보장되도록 형성되어 악취제거와 위생성 및 사용 신뢰성이 크게 개선되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 하부에 리턴 에어(RA)가 유입되는 공급그릴(110)이 형성되고, 상부에는 여과된 공급 에어(SA)가 급기되는 토출그릴(120)이 형성되며, 내부에는 공간부(130)를 상하측 공간부(131,132)로 나누는 격판(140)이 형성되도록 하되, 상기 격판(140) 면상에는 관통공(141)이 형성되어 그 사이에 엑셀팬(150)이 장착되도록 형성되고, 상기 공급그릴(110) 측과 엑셀팬(150) 간의 하측 공간부(132)에는 메쉬망 형태의 박판(160)이 사선으로 결합되어 하측 공간부(132)를 전후단 여과존(132-1,132-2)으로 구획하도록 하는 유니트 본체(100)와;
상기 공급그릴(110) 후단에 데미스터(210)가 결합되어 유입된 리턴 에어(RA) 중 오일성 유해물질을 걸러내도록 형성되고, 상기 데미스터(210) 후단에는 프리 필터(220)가 장착되어 식별가능 입자형 이물들이 여과되도록 형성되며, 상기 박판(160) 후단에는 세피오 필터(230)가 부착되어 VOC 화학물질을 제거하도록 하는 필터 앗세이(200)가;
구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 청정 기능을 갖는 학교 급식 식당용 탈취 유니트. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유니트 본체(100)는 상측 공간부(131)에 복수의 광플라즈마 램프(300: AOP Lamp)가 장착되어 산란효과에 의한 공기의 추가 살균과 10미크론 단위의 미세먼지를 탈취 및 살균효과가 배가되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 청정 기능을 갖는 학교 급식 식당용 탈취 유니트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프리 필터(220)와 박판(160) 사이에는 상기 프리 필터(220)를 향해 만곡된 다공판(400)이 엑셀팬의 정압 센싱에 따라 힌지 회동되도록 형성되어 진입한 기류의 체류 시간을 도모하면서 여과 효율을 높이도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 청정 기능을 갖는 학교 급식 식당용 탈취 유니트.
