도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 배터리 냉각 시스템의 공기유량에 대한 시스템 전체 저항 곡선을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (6)
- 차량의 루프 또는 플로어에 설치되고, 길이방향으로 내부공간을 형성하며, 내부공간의 일측에 블로워가 구비된 배터리 케이스;
배터리 케이스의 내부에, 연속적으로 설치되는 복수개의 배터리 팩; 및
복수개의 배터리 팩에 각각 마련되고, 배터리 케이스 내부에서 각각의 배터리 팩을 감싸도록 형성되며, 일단에는 배터리 케이스의 외부와 연통되는 제1홀이 마련되고, 타단에는 배터리 케이스의 내부와 연통되는 제2홀이 마련되며, 각각의 제2홀이 서로 다른 출구저항을 가지도록 형성되는 이너 덕트; 를 포함하되,
제2홀이 상방을 향하도록 상기 이너 덕트의 타단부가 절곡되고, 제2홀의 테두리부가 블로워 측으로 절곡되며,
블로워 측에 가까이 위치한 이너 덕트일수록 제2홀의 테두리부가 블로워 측으로 절곡되는 정도가 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1항에 있어서,
상기 블로워는 배터리 케이스 내부 공기를 외부로 토출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1홀을 통해서 외부공기가 배터리 팩으로 유입되고, 배터리 팩으로 유입된 공기가 제2홀을 통해 배터리 케이스 내부로 토출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1항에 있어서,
상기 이너 덕트는 블로워 측에 가까이 위치한 것일수록 출구저항이 높아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 삭제
