Abstract
본 발명은 한 쌍의 타이밍 벨트 풀리 및 상기 타이밍 벨트 풀리를 연결하여 동력을 전달할 수 있게 되는 타이밍 벨트에 있어서, 일정 폭을 갖는 타이밍 벨트 풀리(20)의 외주면에 일정한 경사 각도를 가지고 형성되는 헤링본 타입의 치형(200)이 형성되고, 상기 타이밍 벨트 풀리(20)에 형성되는 헤링본 타입의 치형(200)에 대응하는 헤링본 타입의 치형(300)이 형성되는 타이밍 벨트(30)를 포함하여 자동 정렬 기능을 구비하며, 상기 타이밍 벨트 풀리(20)에는 수평연결부(210), 압착공기 방출홈(220), 제1 냉각홀(230), 제2 냉각홀(240, 240a)을 구비하여 진동, 소음 및 발열을 저감시켜 구동장치의 신뢰성을 높이며, 타이밍 벨트의 사용수명을 연장시킬 수 있게 된다.

Claims (10)
- 한 쌍의 타이밍 벨트 풀리 및 상기 타이밍 벨트 풀리를 연결하여 동력을 전달할 수 있게 되는 타이밍 벨트에 있어서,
일정 폭을 갖는 타이밍 벨트 풀리(20)의 외주면에 일정한 경사 각도를 가지고 형성되는 헤링본 타입의 치형(200)이 형성되고,
상기 타이밍 벨트 풀리(20)에 형성되는 헤링본 타입의 치형(200)에 대응하여, 헤링본 타입의 치형(300)이 형성되는 타이밍 벨트(30)를 포함하여 자동 정렬 기능을 구비하며,
상기 타이밍 벨트 풀리(20)의 양쪽 측면에서 치형(200)의 중앙에 제1 냉각홀(230)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이밍 벨트 풀리 및 타이밍 벨트 구조. - 삭제
