Claims (18)
- 기판,
상기 기판 위에 위치하고, 안료 및 염료 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 착색제 및 고체 형광 물질을 포함하는 색필터, 그리고
상기 색필터에 빛을 공급하는 광원부를 포함하고,
상기 고체 형광 물질은 용액 상태에서 고체화됨에 따라 형광 효율이 증가하는 회합유도 형광방출증대(Aggregation Induced Emission Enhancement, AIEE) 물질이고,
상기 고체 형광 물질은 하기 화학식 3으로 표현되는 화합물 및 하기 화학식 4로 표현되는 화합물로 이루어진 일군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 색필터 표시판:

(상기 화학식 3에서 R1, R2, R3, R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 부틸기, 테트라부틸기, 펜틸기, 헥실기, CF3, OCH3, OCH2CH3, 할로겐, OH, NH2로 이루어진 일군에서 선택된 하나이며, 상기 화학식 3에서 X1, X2, X3, X4는 각각 독립적으로 N, O, S로 이루어진 일군에서 선택된 하나임).
- 제1항에서,
상기 고체 형광 물질은 자외선 파장 영역대 또는 청색 파장 영역대의 빛을 흡수하여 발광하는 색필터 표시판.
- 제2항에서,
상기 고체 형광 물질은 1-cyano-trans-1, 2-bis-(4'-methylbiphenyl)ethylene 또는 그 유도체를 포함하는 색필터 표시판.

상기 광원부는 330nm 내지 700nm의 빛을 조사하는 색필터 표시판.
- 제5항에서,
상기 광원부는 자외선 발광 다이오드와 가시 광선 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 색필터 표시판.

상기 고체 형광 물질은 자외선 파장 영역대 또는 청색 파장 영역대의 빛을 흡수하여 발광하는 색필터.
