Claims (15)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지;
무기 필러;
변성 올레핀계 공중합체를 포함하는 충격보강제; 및
카르복실산기, 카르복실산 무수물기, 에폭시기 및 글리시딜기 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 반응성기를 함유하는 올레핀계 왁스;를 포함하며,
상기 무기 필러는 판상 필러 및 침상 필러를 포함하고, 상기 판상 필러 및 상기 침상 필러의 중량비는 1 : 0.5 내지 1 : 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 필러의 함량은 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 5 내지 30 중량부이고, 상기 충격보강제의 함량은 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 1 내지 10 중량부이며, 상기 반응성기를 함유하는 올레핀계 왁스의 함량은 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판상 필러는 탈크, 마이카, 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 상기 침상 필러는 규회석, 휘스커, 유리 섬유, 현무암 섬유, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판상 필러의 함량은 전체 무기 필러 중 1 내지 99 중량%이고, 상기 침상 필러의 함량은 전체 무기 필러 중 1 내지 99 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판상 필러는 평균 두께가 30 내지 700 nm이고, 평균 입자 크기가 0.65 내지 5.0 ㎛이고, 평균 직경 및 평균 두께의 비(직경/두께)가 4 내지 30이며, 상기 침상 필러는 평균 직경(D)이 0.01 내지 15 ㎛이고, 평균 길이(L)가 3 내지 3,000 ㎛이고, 평균 길이 및 평균 직경의 비(L/D)가 10 내지 200인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변성 올레핀계 공중합체는 에틸렌-메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체(EMA), 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체(EEA), 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌(MBS), 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌(SBS), 스티렌-부타디엔 고무(SBR), 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(EPM, EPR), 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 공중합체(EPDM), 말레익안하이드라이드 변성 이피엠(EPM-g-MA), 말레익안하이드라이드 변성 에스비에스(SBS-g-MA), 말레익안하이드라이드 변성 이피디엠(EPDM-g-MA) 및 에틸렌비닐알콜 공중합체(EVOH) 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충격보강제는 상기 변성 올레핀계 공중합체 및 코어-쉘 그라프트 충격보강제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 변성 올레핀계 공중합체 및 상기 코어-쉘 그라프트 충격보강제의 중량비는 1 : 0.1 내지 1 : 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성기를 함유하는 올레핀계 왁스의 중량평균분자량은 5,000 내지 50,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물은 이형제, 난연제, 난연보조제, 활제, 가소제, 열안정제, 적하방지제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료 및 염료 중 1종 이상을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물은 ASTM D256에 의거하여 두께 1/8" 시편으로 측정한 아이조드 충격강도가 13.5 내지 20 kgf·cm/cm 이상이고, ASTM D696에 의거하여 10 내지 90℃ 온도 범위에서 6.4 mm 굴곡시편에 대하여 측정한 선팽창계수가 40 × 10-6 내지 55 × 10- 6 cm/cm℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물은 15 cm × 40 cm × 15 mm 크기 사출 시편(사출 온도 310℃, 금형 온도 80℃)의 세 모서리를 지면에 부착시키고, 온도 23℃, 상대습도 50% 조건에서, 24시간 동안 방치한 후, 나머지 한 쪽 모서리가 지면으로부터 떨어진 길이(높이)가 13.5 mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항, 제6항 내지 제9항, 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품.
