Abstract
또한, 밸브를 닫을 때 유체가 가진 운동에너지의 급감으로 인해 발생하는 수충격을 방지하기 위해 밸브 전폐부근에서 밸브디스크가 닫힘 방향으로 회전하여도 유량의 변동 없이 일정하게 흐르는 구간을 설정하여 밸브를 일시 정지시켰을 때와 같은 효과를 주어 수충격을 방지할 수 있는 수충격(水衝擊) 완화 버터플라이밸브를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 유체를 공급하는 배관과 연결되는 원통형상의 밸브 몸체(110)와,
상기 밸브 몸체(110)의 내측에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 밸브 몸체(110)를 통한 유체의 흐름을 차단 또는 허용하는 밸브 디스크(120)와,
상기 밸브 몸체(110)의 내주부에 설치된 밸브 디스크(120)의 외주면에 결합되어 밸브 몸체(110)의 내 주면과 외 주면 사이를 밀폐하여 수밀하는 오링(150)이 결합되고,
상기 밸브 디스크(120)의 전면과 배면으로 대칭된 상태에서 서로 대향지게 돌출된 디스크 날개부(130)와,
상기 디스크 날개부(130)의 외주면 둘레 중 일부에는 밸브 디스크(120)에 설치된 오링(150)에 근접되게 전면에서 측면으로 배면에서 측면으로 관통하여 유체가 통과하도록 일정한 간격으로 복수의 충수 안내홀(130a)이 형성된 구조의 공지된 버터플라이밸브(100)에 있어서,
상기 충수 안내홀(130a)의 내면에는 배관의 직선방향으로 유체를 안내하는 경사면(140)이 형성되어 유량증가구간과 유량일정구간이 형성됨과,
상기 유량증가구간은 밸브개도가 0 ~ 15°이고, 유량일정구간은 밸브개도가 15 ~ 20°인 것을 특징으로 하는 수충격 완화 버터플라이밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
밸브 디스크(120)를 닫을 때 유량일정구간에 의해 밸브개도를 일시 정지시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 수충격 완화 버터플라이밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 디스크(120)는 충수를 위한 열림 상태가 주관로 단면적의 4%로 개방되어 충수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수충격 완화 버터플라이밸브.
