성분 조성에 있어서, 추가로 질량% 로, Ca:0.001 % 이상 0.005 % 이하, REM:0.001 % 이상 0.005 % 이하에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 원소를 함유하는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용융 아연 도금 강판이 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판을 포함하는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용융 아연 도금 강판이, 1180 ㎫ 이상의 인장 강도를 갖는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 용융 아연 도금 강판이, 1180 ㎫ 이상의 인장 강도를 갖는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 슬래브를 온도 1100 ℃ 이상 1300 ℃ 이하로 하고, 마무리 압연 온도 800 ℃ 이상 950 ℃ 이하에서 열간 압연하여, 열연 강판을 제조하고, 400 ℃ 이상 550 ℃ 이하의 권취 온도에서 권취하는 열간 압연 공정과,
(Ac1-20 ℃) 이상 Ac3 이하인 어닐링 온도 (T1) 까지 그 열연 강판을 가열하고, 그 어닐링 온도에서 10 min 이상 72 h 이하 동안 유지한 후, 실온까지 냉각시키는 1 차 어닐링 공정과,
1 차 어닐링된 열연 강판을 누적 압하율 20 % 초과 90 % 이하로 냉간 압연하여, 냉연 강판을 제조하는 냉간 압연 공정과,
평균 가열 속도 1 ℃/s 이상 10 ℃/s 이하로 Ac1 초과 Ac3 이하 (단 T2 > T1) 인 어닐링 온도 (T2) 까지 그 냉연 강판을 가열하고, 그 어닐링 온도에서 30 s 이상 600 s 이하 유지한 후, 1.0 ℃/s 이상 100 ℃/s 이하의 평균 냉각 속도로 460 ℃ 이상 550 ℃ 이하의 냉각 정지 온도까지 냉각시킨 후, 그 냉각 정지 온도에서 0 s 이상 500 s 이하 유지하는 2 차 어닐링 공정과,
2 차 어닐링된 냉연 강판에 아연 도금을 실시하여, 실온까지 냉각시키는 아연 도금 공정과,
템퍼링 온도 50 ℃ 이상 400 ℃ 이하에서 템퍼링을 하는 템퍼링 공정을 갖는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판은, 면적률로, 템퍼드 마텐자이트상:30 % 이상 73 % 이하, 페라이트상:25 % 이상 68 % 이하, 잔류 오스테나이트상:2 % 이상 15 % 이하, 기타 상:10 % 이하 (0 % 를 포함한다) 이고, 또한 그 기타 상으로서 마텐자이트상:3 % 이하 (0 % 를 포함한다), 베이니틱 페라이트상:5 % 미만 (0 % 를 포함한다) 을 갖고, 상기 템퍼드 마텐자이트상의 평균 결정 입경이 1 ㎛ 이상 8 ㎛ 이하, 상기 페라이트상의 평균 결정 입경이 2 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎛ 이하, 상기 잔류 오스테나이트상 중의 C 량이 0.2 질량% 이상 0.7 질량% 미만인 강판 조직을 갖는, 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 아연 도금 공정은, 아연 도금을 실시하고, 추가로 460 ℃ 이상 580 ℃ 이하의 온도역에서 1 초 이상 120 초 이하 유지하는 도금 합금화 처리를 하고, 그 후 실온까지 냉각시키는 것을 포함하는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
추가로, 상기 템퍼링 공정 전 혹은 후, 또는 그 양방에 신장률 0.05 % 이상 1.00 % 이하로 조질 압연을 하는 조질 압연 공정을 갖는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
추가로, 상기 템퍼링 공정 전 혹은 후, 또는 그 양방에 신장률 0.05 % 이상 1.00 % 이하로 조질 압연을 하는 조질 압연 공정을 갖는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
