Claims (4)
- 생강 추출물, 트러플 오일을 포함하는 혼합물, 소주, 말티톨 시럽 및 정제수를 포함하고,
상기 트러플 오일을 포함하는 혼합물은,
트러플 오일, 유화제 및 산화방지제가 혼합된 것이고,
상기 생강 추출물은 생강을 에탄올 수용액으로 추출한 후, 1~25℃에서 60~80시간 숙성하며,
상기 생강 추출물 5~15중량%, 트러플 오일을 포함하는 혼합물 0.1~1중량%, 소주 1~10중량%, 말티톨 시럽 1~10중량% 및 잔량의 정제수를 포함하고,
비자나무 잎 추출물 1~3중량%, 두릅 뿌리 추출물 1~3중량%, 고수 잎 추출물 1~3중량%, 포도 껍질 추출물 1~3중량%, 감나무 잎 추출물 1~3중량%, 더덕 추출물 1~3중량% 및 도라지 추출물 1~3중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생선 및 육류의 냄새 제거용 소스 조성물. - 삭제
