Abstract
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 연료전지용 막전극접합체의 핀홀 검사 장치는 막전극접합체를 지지하기 위한 하부 치구; 상기 막전극접합체의 상부면에 균일하게 분산 공급되는 물; 및 상기 막전극접합체과 하부 치구 사이에 삽입되고, 상기 막전극접합체에 핀홀이 존재할 경우에 핀홀을 통과한 물과의 접촉으로 변색되어 핀홀의 유무 및 위치를 확인할 수 있도록 된 pH 시험지;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 막전극접합체(55)를 지지하기 위한 하부 치구(52);
상기 막전극접합체(55)의 상부면에 균일하게 분산 공급되는 물;
상기 막전극접합체(55)과 하부 치구 사이에 삽입되고, 상기 막전극접합체(55)에 핀홀(57)이 존재할 경우에 핀홀(57)을 통과한 물과의 접촉으로 변색되어 핀홀(57)의 유무 및 위치를 확인할 수 있도록 된 pH 시험지(53);
를 포함하되,
상기 막전극접합체(55)의 상부를 덮도록 설치되는 간지(54)를 더 포함하여, 하부 치구(52)와 막전극접합체(55)의 재사용을 위해 청결도를 유지할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극접합체의 핀홀 검사 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 막전극접합체(55)의 상부를 눌러 주는 상부 치구(50)를 더 포함하여, 물이 핀홀(57)을 통해 pH 시험지(53)에 잘 흡수될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극접합체의 핀홀 검사 장치.

상기 물은 스포이드 또는 유로(66)를 통해 막전극접합체(55)의 전극면에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극접합체의 핀홀 검사 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 pH 시험지(53)는 물에 닿을 경우 변색되고, pH=7 조건에서 pH 시험지(53)의 색이 변화하여 이를 표분변색표와 비교하여 구분할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극접합체의 핀홀 검사 장치.
