Abstract
상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은 리드의 열림각에 따라 다른 셋팅반전력을 갖는 감지구간들로 나눠짐에 따라서, 사용자의 상해 가능성을 낮출 수 있고 리프터 및 웨더스트립의 반발력에 의한 오작동 가능성을 억제하거나 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 리드의 열림각에 따라서 제1감지구간과 제2감지구간으로 구획된 모습을 표시한 도면,
도 3 은 리드의 닫힘이 진행될 때 반전력이 감지되는 경우 본 발명에 따라 작동이 이뤄지는 조건이 표시된 순서도,
도 4 는 본 발명의 셋팅반전력과 종래 방식의 셋팅반전력을 리드의 열림각에 따라서 비교하여 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (4)
- 리드를 개방시키도록 리프터가 장착되며 드라이브유닛의 작동에 따라 리드가 닫혀지되, 리드가 열린상태에서 닫혀질 때 반전력이 감지되면 상기 드라이브유닛은 리드를 재개방시키는 파워트렁크리드의 제어방법에 있어서,
리드의 열림각에 따라 상기 열림각을 두 개 이상의 감지구간들로 분리하여 설정하는 단계; 및
리드의 닫힘 시, 각 감지구간에서 설정된 셋팅반전력 보다 더 큰 반전력이 감지되면 리드를 재개방시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
각 감지구간들의 셋팅반전력은 서로 다르게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 파워트렁크리드의 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감지구간은 리드가 최대 개방됐을 때의 열림각이 포함된 범위를 갖는 제1감지구간; 및
상기 리드가 닫혀졌을 때의 열림각이 포함된 범위를 갖는 제2감지구간;을 포함하며,
상기 제1감지구간의 셋팅반전력은 제2감지구간의 셋팅반전력 보다 낮게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 파워트렁크리드의 제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제1감지구간의 셋팅반전력은 5 내지 7 kgf 로 설정되고,
상기 제2감지구간은 7.5 내지 9.5 kgf 로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 파워트렁크리드의 제어방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제2감지구간은 리드가 닫혔을 때부터 최대 열림각의 8 % 까지 열렸을 때까지로 정해지고, 상기 제1감지구간은 리드가 최대 열림각의 8 % 열렸을 때부터 완전하게 열렸을 때까지로 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워트렁크리드의 제어방법.
