Abstract
Description
도 2는, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 무광촉매 코팅층이 활성 산소를 발생시키면서 세균을 흡착하는 과정이 도시되어 있는 모식도이다.
도 3은, 본 발명에의 일 실시예에 따르는 무광촉매 코팅층을 형성하지 않은 경우(3a) 및 형성한 경우(3b)에 세균이 흡착되는 정도를 확인할 수 있는 SEM 이미지이다.
도 4는, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 무광촉매를 포함하는 세균 흡착 드레싱재 제조방법의 각 단계가 순차적으로 도시된 순서도이다.
Claims (12)
- 폴리에스테르계 섬유를 지지체로 포함하는 직물층; 및
상기 직물층 상에 형성된, 인산 이산화티타늄을 포함하는 무광촉매 코팅층;을 포함하고,
상기 무광촉매 코팅층은, Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu, Ni, Co, Cr, V, Zr, Mo, W, Pt, 및 Au로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 전이금속을 더 포함하는 것이고,
상기 직물층의 상기 무광촉매 코팅층과 접하는 면의 반대쪽 면 상에
텐셀계 부직포를 포함하는 지지층; 및
레이온계 부직포를 포함하는 흡수층;을 더 포함하는 것이고,
상기 흡수층은 에어레이드 부직포 소재를 더 포함하는 것이고 항균사로 형성된 것이고,
상기 무광촉매 코팅층의 표면은 미세 다공질 구조로 형성되는 것이고,
상기 직물층은, 인산지르코늄 및 실리카겔로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 무기 항균 물질을 포함하는 것이고,
상기 흡수층의 두께는 500 ㎛ 내지 2000 ㎛ 이고, 중량은 60 g/m2 내지 200 g/m2 이고, 상기 지지층의 두께는 100 ㎛ 내지 500 ㎛ 이고, 중량은 20 g/m2 내지 60 g/m2 이며, 상기 흡수층과 상기 지지층은 기계적으로 결합된 것인,
무광촉매를 포함하는 세균 흡착 드레싱재.

상기 무광촉매 코팅층은, 친수성이고 산화반응으로 세균을 흡착하는 것인,

상기 인산 이산화티타늄은 입자의 입경이 6 nm 내지 15 nm 인 것인,
무광촉매를 포함하는 세균 흡착 드레싱재.

상기 무광촉매 코팅층의 두께는 10 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛ 인 것인,
무광촉매를 포함하는 세균 흡착 드레싱재.

- Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu, Ni, Co, Cr, V, Zr, Mo, W, Pt, 및 Au로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 전이금속을 더 포함하는 무광촉매 용액을 준비하는 단계;
가이드바를 이용한 편직공정으로 폴리에스테르계 섬유를 포함하고 인산지르코늄 및 실리카겔로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 무기 항균 물질을 포함하는 직물층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 무광촉매 용액을 이용하여 표면이 미세 다공질 구조로 형성되는 무광촉매 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 무광촉매 코팅층을 형성하는 단계 이후, 또는 상기 직물층을 형성하는 단계와 상기 무광촉매 코팅층을 형성하는 단계 사이에
상기 직물층의 상기 무광촉매 코팅층과 접하는 면의 반대쪽 면 상에 스펀레이스 기법에 의한 텐셀계 부직포를 포함하는 지지층을 형성하는 단계;
니들펀칭 기법에 의하여 항균사로 레이온계 부직포 및 에어레이드 부직포를 포함하는 흡수층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 지지층과 상기 흡수층을 서로 기계적으로 결합하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것인,
제1항의 무광촉매를 포함하는 세균 흡착 드레싱재의 제조방법.
