Claims (21)
- 두 개의 구조물들 사이의 제어된 상대적인 모션을 제공하기 위한 계장화 모션 제어 유체 장치로서,
제 1 유체 장치 본체와,
상기 제 1 유체 장치 본체에 이동가능하게 커플링되는 제 2 유체 장치 본체와,
상기 제 1 유체 장치 본체와 제 2 유체 장치 본체 중의 하나의 내측에 한정된 하나 이상의 유체 챔버, 및
상기 제 1 유체 장치 본체와 제 2 유체 장치 본체 중의 하나 이상에 통합되는 무선 감지 시스템을 포함하며,
상기 무선 감지 시스템은 상기 유체 챔버 근처에서 감지하는 하나 이상의 유체 특성 센서 및 상기 유체 특성 센서에 의해 만들어진 측정을 원격지로 무선으로 전달하는 통신 장치를 포함하는,
계장화 모션 제어 유체 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유체 특성 센서는 압력 센서인,
계장화 모션 제어 유체 장치.
