Description
도 2는 칼라금속 제조방법의 순서도이다.
도 3은 카본계 유기물을 접착한 금속기재(구리기재)를 나타낸 사진이다.
도 4는 카본계 유기물 접착 후 저온열처리 한 뒤 금속산화물(TiO2)을 스퍼터링하여 코팅필름이 형성된 금속기재를 나타낸 사진이다.
도 5는 금속산화물(TiO2)을 스퍼터링하여 코팅필름이 형성된 금속기재를 고온열처리 하여 산화 가속화한 금속기재를 나타낸 사진이다.

- 제1금속을 포함하는 금속기재를 준비하는 단계;
상기 금속기재 상에 산화도 제어 패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 산화도 제어 패턴이 형성된 금속기재 상에 코팅필름을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상부에 상기 산화도 제어 패턴이 존재하는 상기 금속기재의 제1영역과 상부에 상기 산화도 제어 패턴이 존재하지 않는 상기 금속기재의 제2영역은 시간경과에 따른 산화 정도의 차이에 의해 서로 다른 색상을 발현하며,
상기 산화도 제어 패턴은 카본계 유기물을 포함하고,
상기 금속기재 상에 상기 산화도 제어 패턴을 형성하는 단계는,
상기 카본계 유기물 및 접착물질을 포함하는 접착제를 상기 금속기재 상에 접착시키는 단계; 및
상기 금속기재 상에 상기 카본계 유기물을 포함하는 접착제가 접착된 영역을 저온 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 접착물질을 제거하고, 상기 카본계 유기물을 잔여시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라금속 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1금속은, 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al), 철(Fe), 납(Pb), 티타늄(Ti) 및 이를 포함하는 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라금속 제조방법.

상기 카본계 유기물은 카본, 탄소나노튜브, 흑연, 카본블랙, 탄소섬유 및 그래핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라금속 제조방법.

상기 저온 열처리하는 단계의 온도조건은 40℃ 내지 70℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라금속 제조방법.

상기 코팅필름은, 무색 필름, 단일색 필름 및 다색 필름 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라금속 제조방법.
