도 3은 열증착(Thermal Evaporation) 공정 및 OVPD(Organic Vapor Phase Deposition) 공정의 특징을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 정공 주입층(Hole Injection Layer, HIL)의 열증착(Thermal Evaporation) 공정에 따른 구동전압 특성을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 기판 상에 애노드(Anode) 전극을 형성하는 단계;
제 1 챔버 내에 5x10-5PA 내지 4x10-4PA 압력 하 진공도를 유지하며, 상기 기판을 정공 주입 물질 공급원 상측에 위치시켜 열증착(Thermal Evaporation) 공정을 통해서, 애노드(Anode) 전극 상에 정공 주입층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 정공 주입층 상에, 정공 수송층, 발광층 및 전자 수송층 및 전자 주입층을 차례로 형성하되, 각 층의 형성을 상기 제 1 챔버와 다른 챔버에서, 상기 기판을 공급원 하측에 위치시키며, 10-2PA 의 압력하의 진공도에서 OVPD(Organic Vapor Phase Deposition) 공정을 통해서, 진행하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시장치의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전자 주입층 상에 캐소드(Cathode) 전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시장치의 제조방법.
