- 융점 115 ~ 180℃이고, 고유점도 0.610 ~ 0.628인 저융점 PET(Polyethylene terephthalate) 칩(chip) 및 융점 250 ~ 270℃이고, 고유점도 0.610 ~ 0.635인 고융점 PET 칩을 각각 준비한 후, 이를 각각 건조시키는 1단계;
건조된 저융점 PET 칩 및 건조된 고융점 PET 칩 각각을 용융시키는 2단계;
용융된 저융점 PET 수지 및 고융점 PET 수지를 복합방사구금에 각각 투입한 후, 방사팩 온도 260 ~ 275℃, 방사속도 1,100 ~ 1,400mpm(meter per minute) 및 방사팩(pack) 압력 90 ~ 120kgf/cm2 하에서 복합방사시켜서 시스-코어 복합섬유를 제조하는 3단계;
복합방사된 섬유를 냉각시킨 후, 오일링(oiling) 처리하는 4단계;
오일링 처리한 시스-코어 복합섬유를 3.0 ~ 3.7의 연신비로 연신공정을 수행하는 5단계;
필라멘트 통과지점에 3.2 ~ 3.7 kg/cm2의 에어(air)를 공급하면서 연신시킨 복합섬유를 인터레이싱(interlacing) 처리하여 복합사를 제조하는 6단계; 및
제조한 복합사를 스핀빔(spinbeam) 온도 270 ~ 290℃ 및 권취속도 4,000 ~ 4,500 mpm의 조건 하에서 권취하는 7단계;를 포함하며,
상기 저융점 PET 수지는 시스부를 구성하며, 상기 고융점 PET 수지는 코어부를 구성하고, 시스부 및 코어부가 35 ~ 40 : 60 ~ 65 중량비이며,
상기 저융점 PET 칩 및 고융점 PET 칩의 고유점도(Ⅳ) 차이는 0 ~ 0.25이고,
1단계의 저융점 PET 칩의 건조는 82 ~ 88℃ 하에서 17 ~ 19시간 동안 진공건조를 수행하며,
1단계의 고융점 PET 칩의 건조는 120 ~ 130℃ 하에서 1시간 30분 ~ 2시간 30분 동안 예비 건조를 수행한 후, 150 ~ 160℃ 하에서 2시간 30분 ~ 3시간 30분 동안 열풍건조 또는 진공건조를 수행하고,
3단계의 복합방사구금은 L/D(length/diameter)가 2.5 ~ 3.0이며, 복합방사구금의 코어부분은 핀 타입(Pin type)이며,
3단계의 방사팩은 50 ~ 300 메쉬의 필터를 3매 ~ 5매 겹쳐서 제작한 복합필터를 사용하고,
4단계의 오일링 처리는 오일 인젝션 방식을 통한 구금 하에서 1.0 ~ 1.8m 거리에서 유제를 부여하여 수행하고,
제조된 시스-코어 복합원사는 섬도 48 ~ 120 de 및 필라멘트 18 ~ 40F이며,
복합원사는 섬도 50de 및 필라멘트 24F일 때, 강도 4.0 ~ 5.0g/de 및 신도 40 ~ 48.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 시스-코어 복합원사의 제조방법.
