Abstract
본 발명을 이용하면, 특정 염기서열을 갖는 F. prausnitzii의 아종(F06)의 유무를 유용하게 판별할 수 있고, 특히, 아토피 피부염이 발병하기 이전에도 손쉽고 정확하게 발병 가능성 여부를 진단할 수 있어, 아토피 피부염이 발생하기 전과 후의 개체 모두에 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

도 3은, 아토피 환자와 비환자를 구분할 수 있는 조작분류단위(Operational taxonomic unit, OTU)를 선별하기 위한 A. F. prausnitzii OTUs의 계통도, B. OUT 존재량, C. F06의 존재량을 나타낸다.
도 4는, A. F. prausnitzii 스트레인의 16S rRNA 유전자 내 V1-V2 영역, B. F06 V1의 공통서열, C. 전체 F06 454 분석, D. V1 시퀀스의 상대적인 존재비를 나타낸다.

Claims (9)
- F. prausnitzii의 아종(F06) 검출에 특이적인 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2의 염기서열을 유효성분으로 포함하는, F. prausnitzii의 아종(F06) 검출용 바이오마커 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 아토피 피부염 진단용인, F. prausnitzii의 아종(F06) 검출용 바이오마커 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2와 97% 이상의 서열 동일성을 갖는 염기서열을 유효성분으로 포함하는, F. prausnitzii의 아종(F06) 검출용 바이오마커 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는, 아토피 피부염 진단용 키트.
- 분리된 핵산 시료를 제공하는 단계; 및
서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2를 포함하는 염기서열을 인식하는 단계를 포함하는, 아토피 피부염을 진단하기 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2를 포함하는 염기서열을 인식하는 단계는, F. prausnitzii의 아종(F06)을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는, 아토피 피부염을 진단하기 위한 정보 제공 방법.
