Claims (7)
- 서로 마주하는 제1 및 제2기판과;
상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 위치하며 다수의 코어쉘 입자를 구비하는 광셔터층과;
상기 광셔터층의 하부에 화소영역 별로 형성되는 제1전극과;
상기 제1전극의 하부에 형성되며, 입사된 광을 반사시키는 반사전극; 및
상기 제1전극에 대향하여 상기 광셔터층의 상부에 형성되는 제2전극을 포함하고,
상기 다수의 코어쉘 입자는
지지체 역할을 하는 코어와, 코어를 감싸며 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극에 의해 인가되는 전압에 따라 컬러 상태를 변이하는 쉘로 이루어지며,
상기 코어는 투과성과 전도성을 가지는 산화인듐주석, 안티몬 주석 산화물, 불소 도핑된 주석 산화물 및 알루미늄 산화아연 중 하나로 이루어진 제1코어입자와, 비전도성인 이산화타이타늄, 산화 아연 및 이산화규소 중 하나로 이루어진 제2코어입자가 혼합되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제2코어입자는 비표면적이 100m2/g이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 쉘은 블랙 또는 화이트로 컬러를 변이하는 전기변색 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2전극과 반사전극 사이에는 컬러필터층이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 컬러필터층은 화소영역 별로 적색, 녹색, 청색 및 화이트색을 가지는 다수의 컬러입자들이 순차 반복적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 표시장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 컬러필터층은 화소영역 별로 적색, 녹색, 청색 및 화이트색의 안료로 형성된 컬러필터 패턴이 순차 반복적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 표시장치.
