Abstract
본 발명의 추출물을 함유하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물은 간 X 수용체 알파(Liver X receptor alpha, LXRα)의 활성을 억제하고, 피지생성에 관여하는 스테롤 조절인자 결합단백질-1c(sterol regulatory element binding protein-1c, SREBP-1c)의 발현을 저해하는 효과가 있어, 피지 생성 억제 효과가 우수하여 여드름 예방 및 치료용으로 사용될 수 있으며, 이외에도 지루성 피부염 개선 모발 제품 및 탈모방지 제품 등에도 광범위하게 사용될 수 있다.

- 신선초 추출물을 함유하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 신선초는 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 각각 0.001~10 중량%의 양으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 신선초는 간 X 수용체 알파(Liver X receptor alpha, LXRα)의 활성을 억제하는 효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 신선초는 스테롤 조절인자 결합단백질-1c(sterol regulatory element binding protein-1c, SREBP-1c)의 발현을 저해하는 효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화장료 조성물은 화장수, 젤, 수용성 리퀴드, 크림, 에센스, 샴푸, 수중유(O/W)형 및 유중수(W/O)형으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 제형인 것을 특징으로 하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 신선초 추출물이 물, 유기용매 또는 이들의 혼합물로 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 유기용매가 탄소수 1 내지 4 의 무수 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로필 알코올, 부틸알코올, 글리세린, 프로필렌글리콜 및 부틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피지생성 억제용 화장료 조성물.
