Abstract
Description
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 소수성의 불소 화합물은 플루오로중합체일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 플루오로중합체는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 에틸렌-테트라플로오로에틸렌 공중합체, 퍼플루오로폴리에트르기 함유 실란, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 플루오로옥시알킬렌기 함유 중합체 조성물의 부분 가수분해 축합물, 폴리불화비닐라덴 및 불소 함유 오르가노폴리시록산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것일 수 있다.

Claims (15)
- 고분자 기판의 표면을 플라즈마로 처리하는 단계;
상기 플라즈마 처리된 고분자 기판의 표면에 코팅제의 접착력을 증진시키는 친수성의 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; 및
상기 플라즈마 처리된 고분자 기판을 소수성의 불소 화합물을 함유하는 코팅제로 코팅하는 단계를 포함하고,

상기 실록세인 계열의 고분자는 실리콘 고무인 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마는 아르곤, 질소, 산소 또는 이들 중 2 이상을 혼합한 혼합가스 플라즈마인 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항 에 있어서,
상기 고분자 기판의 표면을 플라즈마로 처리하는 단계에서,
상기 플라즈마는 대기압(760Torr)로 유지되는 장치에서 RF파워 700 내지 800 W의 전력을 적용함으로써 혼합가스로부터 형성되는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소수성의 불소 화합물은 불소계 중합체 및 기능성 유무기 실란(silane) 화합물의 축합 중합체를 포함하는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 중합체는 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 트리플루오로에틸렌, 비닐리덴플루오로라이드, 옥타플루오로부틸렌, 펜타플루오로페닐 트리플루오로에틸렌, 펜타플루오로페닐 에틸렌 및 상기 단량체로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 포함한 중합체, 플루오르 함유 아크릴레이트 중합체 및 퍼플루오로 폴리에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 유무기실란 화합물은 아미노기, 비닐기, 에폭시기, 알콕시기, 할로겐기, 머캅토기 및 설파이드기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 기능성기를 포함하는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 유무기 실란 화합물은 아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, 아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 아미노-메톡시실란, 페닐아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-(β-아미노에틸)-γ-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필트리디메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필디메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필디에톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리(메톡시에톡시)실란, 디-, 트리- 또는 테트라알콕시실란, 비닐메톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐에폭시실란, 비닐트리에폭시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, γ-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란, γ-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 클로로트리메틸실란, 트리클로로에틸실란, 트리클로로메틸실란, 트리클로로페닐실란, 트리클로로비닐실란, 머캅토프로필트리에톡시실란,트리플루오로프로필트리메톡시실란, 비스(트리메톡시실릴프로필)아민, 비스(3-트리에톡시실릴프로필)테트라설파이드, 비스(트리에톡시실릴프로필)디설파이드, (메타크릴옥시)프로필트리메톡시실란, 2-(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)에틸트리메톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필메틸디에톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필디에톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란, p-스티릴트리메톡시실란 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 소수성의 불소 화합물은 플루오로중합체인 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머는 실리콘계 중합체 및 기능성 유무기 실란 화합물의 축합 중합체를 포함하는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 유무기 실란 화합물은 아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, 아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 아미노-메톡시실란, 페닐아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-(β-아미노에틸)-γ-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필트리디메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필디메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필디에톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리(메톡시에톡시)실란, 디-, 트리- 또는 테트라알콕시실란, 비닐메톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐에폭시실란, 비닐트리에폭시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, γ-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란, γ-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 클로로트리메틸실란, 트리클로로에틸실란, 트리클로로메틸실란, 트리클로로페닐실란, 트리클로로비닐실란, 머캅토프로필트리에톡시실란, 트리플루오로프로필트리메톡시실란, 비스(트리메톡시실릴프로필)아민, 비스(3-트리에톡시실릴프로필)테트라설파이드, 비스(트리에톡시실릴프로필)디설파이드, (메타크릴옥시)프로필트리메톡시실란, 2-(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)에틸트리메톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필메틸디에톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필디에톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란, p-스티릴트리메톡시실란 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 플루오로중합체는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 에틸렌-테트라플로오로에틸렌 공중합체, 퍼플루오로폴리에트르기 함유 실란, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 플루오로옥시알킬렌기 함유 중합체 조성물의 부분 가수분해 축합물, 폴리불화비닐라덴 및 불소 함유 오르가노폴리시록산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고분자 기판의 표면 개질 방법으로 표면이 개질된 고분자 기판.
- 제 14 항의 고분자 기판을 포함하는 바이오 칩.
