도 2는 본 발명의 제1실시 형태에 따른 SiOx의 포집장치를 보인 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제2실시 형태에 따른 SiOx의 포집장치를 보인 구성도이다.
도 4는 상기 도 2 및 도 3의 포집장치를 구성하는 디스퍼져의 구현예를 보인 요부 단면 구성도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 제조된 플러렌의 질량 스펙트라 분석 결과이다.

시간을 고려한다면, 건조 온도는 예를 들어 건조로를 이용하여 240 ~ 300℃에서 진행할 수 있다. 이러한 건조에 의해, 분말 상의 탄소 성분이 수득될 수 있다. 이때, 건조되어 수득된 탄소 성분은 분말 상의 플러렌을 고함량으로 포함하고 있다.

Claims (12)
- SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스를 공급하는 SiOx 가스 공급부;
플러렌 분말을 투입하는 플러렌 투입부; 및
상기 SiOx 가스 공급부로부터 공급된 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스를 상기 플러렌 투입부로부터 투입된 플러렌의 기공에 포집시키는 SiOx 포집기를 포함하고,
상기 SiOx 포집기는,
상기 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스를 플러렌의 기공에 포집시켜 SiOx-플러렌 복합체를 생성시키는 밀폐 공간으로서의 챔버와,
상기 챔버 내에 생성된 SiOx-플러렌 복합체가 모아지는 회수부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플러렌 투입부는,
상기 플러렌 분말을 미립화하는 디스퍼져; 및
상기 플러렌 분말을 SiOx 포집기의 내부로 분사하는 분사기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 플러렌 투입부는,
상기 플러렌 분말을 미립화하는 디스퍼져;
상기 미립화된 플러렌 분말에 초음파를 가하는 초음파 발생기; 및
상기 초음파가 가해진 플러렌 분말을 SiOx 포집기의 내부로 분사하는 분사기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 디스퍼져는,
상기 플러렌 분말이 통과되는 유로와,
상기 플러렌 분말이 충돌되는 임팩트부를 포함하고,
상기 유로는,
상기 플러렌 분말이 유입되는 제1유로와,
상기 제1유로보다 직경이 작은 제2유로와,
상기 제2유로보다 직경이 큰 제3유로를 포함하며,
상기 임팩트부는,
상기 제1유로를 통과한 플러렌 분말이 충돌되는 제1임팩트부와,
상기 제2유로를 통과한 플러렌 분말이 충돌되는 제2임팩트부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 SiOx 가스 공급부의 선단에 설치되고, 상기 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스를 정제하기 위한 정제 설비를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플러렌 투입부는, 상기 플러렌 분말이 SiOx 포집기의 내부에 하향 흐름으로 투입되도록 SiOx 포집기의 상단에 설치되고,
상기 SiOx 가스 공급부는, 상기 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스가 SiOx 포집기의 내부에 상향 흐름으로 공급되도록 SiOx 포집기의 하단에 설치되며,
상기 SiOx 가스 공급부의 하단에는 상향 기류 가스를 공급하는 블로워가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 SiOx 포집기에 열을 가하는 열공급 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 SiOx 포집기는 열공급 수단에 의해 550℃ 내지 850℃의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집장치.
- SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스와 플러렌을 접촉시켜, 플러렌의 기공에 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스를 포집시키는 공정; 및
상기 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스가 플러렌에 포집되어 생성된 SiOx-플러렌 복합체를 회수하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스와 플러렌을 밀폐 공간에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 SiOx(0 < x < 2) 가스와 플러렌을 550℃ 내지 850℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 SiOx의 포집방법은 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 SiOx의 포집장치를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 플러렌은 천연 광물로부터 분리된 천연 플러렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiOx의 포집방법.
