Claims (3)
- 유체 통로가 마련된 보디와, 보디의 상측에 마련된 케이싱과, 유체 통로를 개폐하는 다이어프램과, 상승 또는 하강하는 것에 의해 다이어프램을 개방 또는 폐쇄 방향으로 이동시키는 스템과, 스템의 하단부에 고정된 다이어프램 프레서와, 다이어프램 프레서의 직경 방향 외측에 배치되어 보디에 고정되어 다이어프램의 외주 가장자리를 유지하는 프레서 어댑터와, 스템과 일체로 상하 이동하는 피스톤과, 피스톤을 상하 이동시키는 구동 수단을 포함하는 유체 제어기에 있어서,
다이어프램 프레서의 외주 가장자리의 상면과 프레서 어댑터의 내주 가장자리의 하면 사이를 제1 간극으로 하고, 상기 제1 간극에 의해 다이어프램 프레서의 상측으로의 이동량이 설정되어 있고,
스템의 하단부에 마련된 플랜지부의 하면과 프레서 어댑터의 상면 사이에, 스템이 하측으로 이동하는 이동량을 설정하기 위한 제2 간극이 형성되어 있는 것인 유체 제어기. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 스템과 피스톤은 서로 나사 결합됨으로써 일체로 되어 있고, 스템과 피스톤의 나사 결합량을 조정함으로써, 제1 간극에 의해 설정되는 스템의 상측으로의 이동량보다 작은 스템의 상측으로의 이동량을 설정할 수 있는 것인 유체 제어기.
