Claims (4)
- 모듈레이터블록의 보어에 설치되며 길이방향으로 관통하는 관통공 및 이 관통공과 연통하는 반경방향 유로를 갖춘 원통형 마그네트 코어와, 상기 마그네트 코어의 일단에 진퇴운동 가능하게 설치된 아마추어와, 상기 마그네트 코어의 타단에 마련되며 오리피스가 형성된 밸브시트와, 상기 관통공에 삽입되어 아마추어에 의해 슬라이딩 동작하며 오리피스를 개폐하는 플런저와, 상기 아마추어와 마그네트 코어를 수용하며 상기 보어에 고정되는 슬리브 및 상기 오리피스가 개방되도록 상기 플런저에 탄성복원력을 부여하는 복귀스프링을 구비하는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브에 있어서,
상기 마그네트 코어와 플런저 사이 및 상기 마그네트 코어와 아마추어 사이의 에어를 배출하기 위해 마그네트 코어의 내주면에 관통공을 따라 나선형으로 마련되는 유로홀을 포함하는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유로홀은 전조 방식으로 성형 마련되는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마그네트 코어의 내주면에는 복귀스프링의 하단을 지지하도록 돌출된 스프링지지턱이 마련되고,
상기 플런저는 외주면에 복귀스프링의 상단을 지지하도록 내측으로 단차지게 형성된 단차부를 구비하며,
상기 유로홀의 일단은 마그네트 코어와 아마추어의 사이로 연장되고 타단은 상기 스프링지지턱과 단차부 사이로 연장되어, 상기 마그네트 코어와 아마추어 사이 및 상기 마그네트 코어와 플런저 사이의 간극을 확장하는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 유로홀은 스프링지지턱에 길이방향으로 형성된 패스유로홀을 통해 오리피스 측으로 연통되는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브.
