Abstract
상기의 성분으로 이루어지는 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 초속경 콘크리트 조성물은 제강슬래그가 함유되어 모래와 같은 잔골재의 수급문제를 해소하며, 분리방지제가 함유되어 재료 간의 분리현상이 억제될 뿐만 아니라, 우수한 작업성과 압축강도를 나타낸다.

- 제강슬래그 100 중량부, 시멘트 혼합물 30 내지 60 중량부, 무수석고 15 내지 45 중량부, 유동화제 0.3 내지 1.5 중량부, 응결지연제 0.3 내지 6 중량부, 경화촉진제 0.4 내지 0.6 중량부, 소포제 0.3 내지 1.5 중량부, 분리방지제 0.3 내지 0.6 중량부 및 파쇄석 120 내지 150 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강슬래그가 함유된 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 응결지연제는 구연산나트륨, 주석산, 붕산 및 글루콘산나트륨으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강슬래그가 함유된 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 분리방지제는 웰란 검으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강슬래그가 함유된 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 파쇄석은 0.15 내지 1.5 밀리미터의 입자크기를 나타내며, 장석, 돌로마이트 및 석회석으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강슬래그가 함유된 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물.
- 청구항 1항 및 청구항 3항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 초속경 모르타르 조성물 100 중량부, 굵은 골재 50 내지 100 중량부, 합성수지 2 내지 10 중량부, 정제수 2 내지 10 중량부 및 반응지연제 0.01 내지 2 중량부로 이루어지며,
상기 합성수지는 아크릴 라텍스 또는 스티렌부타디엔러버 라텍스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강슬래그가 함유된 초속경 콘크리트 조성물.
