Claims (5)
- 식품으로부터 수득된 검체가 주입되는 주입부;
검체를 농축시키고 검체로부터 핵산을 분리시켜 핵산추출물을 생성하는 농축챔버;
핵산추출시약을 내장하고 농축챔버로 공급하는 제1 시약공급부;
핵산추출물을 PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction)을 통해 증폭시키고 판독하는 증폭 및 진단챔버;
PCR 시료를 내장하고 증폭 및 진단챔버로 공급하는 제2 시약공급부;
주입부와 농축챔버 사이에 형성되어 검체를 이송시키되 전단에는 채널이 미형성된 구간인 제1 단절구간이 형성되어 유체의 수평방향으로의 진행을 막는 제1 이동채널;
제1 시약공급부와 농축챔버 사이에 형성되되 제1 이동채널과 합쳐지는 제2 이동채널;
농축챔버와 증폭 및 진단챔버 사이에 형성되어 핵산추출물을 이송시키되 후단에는 채널이 미형성된 구간인 제2 단절구간이 형성되어 유체의 수평방향으로의 진행을 막고, 전단에는 채널이 미형성된 구간인 제3 단절구간이 형성되어 유체의 수평방향으로의 진행을 막는 제3 이동채널;
제2 시약공급부와 증폭 및 진단챔버 사이에 형성되되 제3 이동채널과 합쳐지는 제4 이동채널;
제1 단절구간 및 제2 단절구간에 각각 배치되어 제1 이동채널의 전단과 농축챔버의 후단을 연통시켜 제1 단절구간의 상부에 형성되는 우회 유로를 유체에 제공하고, 농축챔버의 전단과 제3 이동채널의 후단을 연통시켜 제2 단절구간의 상부에 형성되는 우회 유로를 유체에 제공하는 제1 밸브부재;
제3 단절구간에 배치되어 제3 이동채널의 전단과 증폭 및 진단챔버의 후단을 연통시켜 제3 단절구간의 상부에 형성되는 우회 유로를 유체에 제공하는 제2 밸브부재; 및
제2 밸브부재를 상부에서 가압하거나 가압 해제하여 제3 단절구간의 상부에 형성되는 우회 유로를 개폐시키는 가압부재를 포함하는 유전자칩. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
농축챔버로부터 검체를 이송하여 외부로 배출시키는 제5 이동채널; 및
증폭 및 진단챔버로부터 판독이 완료된 핵산추출물을 외부로 배출시키는 제6 이동채널을 더 포함하는 유전자칩. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
제6 이동채널의 후단에는 채널이 미형성된 구간인 제4 단절구간이 형성되어 유체의 수평방향으로의 진행을 막고,
상기 제2 밸브부재는 제3 단절구간뿐 아니라 제4 단절구간에도 배치되어 증폭 및 진단챔버의 전단과 제6 이동채널의 후단을 연통시켜 제4 단절구간의 상부에 형성되는 우회 유로를 유체에 제공하는 유전자칩. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
제1 시약공급부와 연통되도록 형성되는 제1 제어포트;
제2 시약공급부와 연통되도록 형성되는 제2 제어포트;
제5 이동채널의 전단과 연통되도록 형성되어 제5 이동채널로부터 이송된 검체를 외부로 배출시키는 제1 배출부; 및
제6 이동채널의 전단과 연통되도록 형성되어 제6 이동채널로부터 이송된 핵산추출물을 외부로 배출시키는 제2 배출부를 더 포함하는 유전자칩. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유전자칩;
유전자칩의 적어도 일면에 열 접촉하도록 배치되는 열원부; 및
유전자칩의 증폭 및 진단챔버 내부의 PCR 증폭 산물로부터 발생하는 광신호를 검출하도록 배치되는 광 검출부를 포함하는 검출장치.
