Claims (7)
- 버스바프레임;
상기 버스바프레임에 고정 결합되는 버스바;
일 단부에 양 측면에 전도성 금속이 노출되는 랜드부가 형성되며, 상기 랜드부가 상기 버스바에 직접 용접되면서 상기 버스바와 전기적으로 연결되는 연성회로기판; 및
상기 랜드부를 노출시키는 노출공이 형성되고, 상기 노출공을 통해 노출되는 상기 랜드부를 제외한 상기 연성회로기판의 일 단부의 외측면을 전부 덮는 보강플레이트;를 포함하고,
상기 랜드부는 복수 개로 형성되어, 상기 서로 다른 버스바에 각각 전기적으로 연결되는 배터리 전압 측정을 위한 버스바 어셈블리의 연결 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 랜드부는 이웃하는 한 쌍으로 이루어지고, 한 쌍의 상기 랜드부 사이에는 응력분산공이 형성되는 배터리 전압 측정을 위한 버스바 어셈블리의 연결 구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 버스바프레임에는 체결홈이 형성되고, 상기 보강플레이트에는 체결공이 형성되며,
상기 연성회로기판은 상기 체결공과 상기 응력분산공을 순차적으로 관통하여 상기 체결홈에 체결되는 체결부재에 의해 상기 버스바프레임에 보조적으로 고정 결합되는 배터리 전압 측정을 위한 버스바 어셈블리의 연결 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바에는 상기 보강플레이트가 안착되는 안착홈이 형성되는 배터리 전압 측정을 위한 버스바 어셈블리의 연결 구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 버스바프레임에는 융착보스가 돌출 형성되고,
상기 연성회로기판은 상기 응력분산공이 상기 융착보스에 관통 결합된 상태에서 융착에 의해 상기 버스바프레임에 보조적으로 고정 결합되는 배터리 전압 측정을 위한 버스바 어셈블리의 연결 구조. - 삭제
