Abstract
상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 건축용 단열필름의 제조방법은 a) 금속 박막에 단열시트를 열 융착시켜 기본필름을 제조하고, 상기 제조된 기본필름을 다겹으로 겹치고 열 융착하여 복층필름을 제조하며, 상기 제조된 복층필름을 엠보싱 처리하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 금속 박막과 단열시트를 780 ~ 820kgf/㎠인 제1 설정압력과 100 ~ 120℃인 제1 설정온도 범위에서 열 융착시켜 기본필름을 제조하되,
상기 금속 박막은 알루미늄 박막 또는 구리 박막 중에서 선택된 하나로 이루어지고,
상기 단열시트는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리아미드(PA), 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PBT) 또는 PC Alloy 중에서 선택된 하나의 재질로 이루어진 부직포이며,
상기 단열시트에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 공중합체(EVA) 또는 로우멜트 폴리에스터 섬유(LM PET fiber) 중에서 선택된 저융점수지를 더 혼합하는 기본필름 제조단계(S10);
상기 기본필름 제조단계(S10)에서 제조된 기본필름을 3 ~ 5겹으로 겹쳐서 850 ~ 930kgf/㎠인 제2 설정압력과 120 ~ 150℃인 제2 설정온도 범위에서 열 융착하여 복층필름을 제조하는 복층필름 제조단계(S20); 및
상기 복층필름 제조단계(S20)에서 제조된 복층필름을 160kgf/㎠ ~ 230kgf/㎠의 설정압력과 70 ~ 80℃의 설정온도에서 엠보싱롤러를 이용하여 엠보싱 처리하는 엠보싱 처리단계(S30);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 단열필름의 제조방법.
