Abstract
공기 조화 장치(100)는, 실외 열교환기(3)와 팽창 장치(4) 사이의 냉매 배관을 흐르는 냉매와, 팽창 장치(4)와 실내 열교환기(5) 사이의 냉매 배관을 흐르는 냉매를 열교환시키는 내부 열교환기(20)와, 압력 검출 장치(31)와, 냉방 운전시에 팽창 장치(4)에 유입하는 냉매의 온도를 검출하는 제1 온도 검출 장치(32)와, 냉방 운전시, 압력 검출 장치(31) 및 제1 온도 검출 장치(32)의 검출 결과에 의거하여 팽창 장치(4)의 개방도를 제어하는 구성으로 되어 있는 제어부(51)를 구비한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 압축기, 제1 열교환기, 팽창 장치, 및 제2 열교환기가 순차적으로 접속되고, 그 속을 냉매가 순환하는 냉동 사이클 회로와,
상기 제1 열교환기와 상기 팽창 장치 사이의 냉매 배관을 흐르는 냉매와, 상기 팽창 장치와 상기 제2 열교환기 사이의 냉매 배관을 흐르는 냉매를 열교환시키는 제3 열교환기와,
상기 제1 열교환기 및 상기 제2 열교환기 중, 응축기로서 기능하는 열교환기를 흐르는 냉매의 온도 및 압력 중의 적어도 하나를 검출하는 검출 장치와,
상기 팽창 장치에 유입하는 냉매의 온도를 검출하는 제1 온도 검출 장치와,
상기 검출 장치 및 상기 제1 온도 검출 장치의 검출 결과에 의거하여 상기 팽창 장치의 개방도를 제어하는 구성으로 되어 있는 제어부를 구비하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 검출 장치의 검출치로부터 구해진 상기 응축기를 흐르는 냉매의 응축 온도와, 상기 제1 온도 검출 장치의 검출 온도와의 차가 규정의 온도 범위가 되도록, 상기 팽창 장치의 개방도를 제어하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 열교환기를 복수 구비하고,
이들 상기 제2 열교환기는, 상기 제1 열교환기와 상기 압축기 사이에 병설 접속되고,
상기 팽창 장치 및 상기 제3 열교환기는, 상기 제2 열교환기의 각각에 대응하여 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 열교환기가 증발기로서 기능하는 냉방 운전시,
상기 제1 열교환기로부터 기액 2상 상태의 냉매가 유출하고,
그 기액 2상 상태의 냉매는, 상기 제3 열교환기에서 냉각되어, 액상태의 냉매가 되어 상기 팽창 장치에 유입하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 압축기의 토출구의 접속처를 상기 제1 열교환기 또는 상기 제2 열교환기의 일방으로 전환하고, 상기 압축기의 흡입구를 상기 제1 열교환기 또는 상기 제2 열교환기의 타방으로 전환하는 유로 전환 장치와,
상기 팽창 장치와 상기 제2 열교환기 사이의 냉매 배관 중, 상기 팽창 장치와 상기 제3 열교환기와의 사이가 되는 냉매 배관을 흐르는 냉매의 온도를 검출하는 제2 온도 검출 장치를 구비하고,
상기 제2 열교환기가 응축기로서 기능하는 난방 운전시,
상기 제어부는, 상기 검출 장치 및 상기 제2 온도 검출 장치의 검출 결과에 의거하여 상기 팽창 장치의 개방도를 제어하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉동 사이클 회로를 순환하는 냉매는, R32, HFO1234yf, HFO1234ze, HFO1123 및 탄화수소 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 냉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
