Abstract
본 발명은 종래의 포텐쇼미터를 차량에 장착한 후에 작업자가 다시 세팅해야 하는 종래의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로 샤프트의 원점 각도에 맞게 교체작업을 정확하고 빠르게 할 수 있으며, 나아가 작업 효율성을 높일 수 있는 등의 여러 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 상기 포텐쇼미터에 있어서, 각 기준점과 함께 각도에 따른 출력신호의 관계를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 외형을 형성하도록 상부커버(12) 및 하부커버(14)를 포함하여 이루어진 케이스(10);
상기 케이스(10)의 하부 외측에 배치되는 터미널(25);
상기 상부커버(12)의 하부에 배치되어 외부 노이즈를 막아주는 쉴드커버(20);
상기 쉴드커버(20)의 하부에 구비되어 상기 터미널(25)과 전기적으로 연결되는 PCB기판(30);
상기 PCB기판(30)의 하부에 배치되어 샤프트를 회전시키기 위한 회전자(40);
상기 회전자(40)의 상부에 배치되어 회전자의 회전에 의해 자기장의 변화를 발생시키는 자성체(50);
상기 자성체(50)로부터 발생된 자기장의 변화를 감지하는 홀센서를 포함하는 포텐쇼미터에 있어서,
상기 케이스(10)의 내부에 배치된 LED(15)를 이용하여 상기 회전자(40)를 통한 샤프트의 서로 다른 2개의 기준각도인 상기 홀센서를 기준으로 상기 샤프트의 회전각도가 기준이 되는 0°일 때의 시작점과, 상기 회전각도가 상기 시작점에 대해 45°회전한 원점을 위치 고정된 상기 홀센서를 기준으로 작업자에게 알릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 진단이 가능한 포텐쇼미터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 원점을 새롭게 추가할 필요가 있을 경우, 직경 1㎜ 미만의 샤프트를 상기 하부커버(14)의 관통홀에 삽입하여 상기 포텐쇼미터 내부에 마련된 누름스위치(35)를 작동시킴으로써 외부 프로그램 입력을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 진단이 가능한 포텐쇼미터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 LED(15)는 복수의 색을 발광시킬 수 있으므로 상기 복수의 색에 따라 홀센서의 상태를 알려줄 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 진단이 가능한 포텐쇼미터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 케이스(10), 상부커버(12) 및 하부커버(14) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 상기 LED(15)를 식별할 수 있도록 투명한 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 진단이 가능한 포텐쇼미터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 포텐쇼미터의 동작 중 이상신호가 감지될 경우에 상기 LED(15)를 통해 이상 유무를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 진단이 가능한 포텐쇼미터.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 LED(15)는 상기 케이스(10)의 내부에 내장되어 투명한 재질로 인하여 외부에서 식별할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 진단이 가능한 포텐쇼미터.
