Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 명세서에 기재되는 다양한 실시형태의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 제조하기 위하여 본 명세서에 개시되는 에틸렌 중합방법의 다양한 실시형태에 따라 사용하기에 적합한 2개의 직렬로 연결된 기상 반응기의 간략한 공정 흐름도의 예시적 실시형태이다.
Claims (10)
- 하기의 특징을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
1) 23℃에서 ISO 1183에 따라 측정한, 0.945 내지 0.958 g/㎤의 밀도;
2) MIF가 21.60 kg의 하중 하의 190℃에서의 용융 흐름 지수이고, MIP가 5 kg의 하중 하의 190℃에서의 용융 흐름 지수이며, 둘 다 ISO 1133에 따라 측정하였을 때, 20 내지 43의 MIF/MIP 비;
3) 4.0 내지 8.5 g/10분 미만의 MIF;
4) 3.5 내지 20의 HMWcopo 지수;
5) 0.82 이하의 장쇄 분지 지수, LCBI;
여기서 상기 HMWcopo 지수는 하기 식에 따라 측정되며:
HMWcopo = (η0.02 x tmaxDSC)/(10^5)
상기 식에서, η0.02는 0.02 rad/s의 각주파수 인가에 의한 동적 진동 전단 모드(dynamic oscillatory shear mode)하에서 평행판 레오미터(parallel-plate rheometer)로 190℃의 온도에서 측정한 용융물의 복소점도(Pa.s)이고; tmaxDSC는 시차주사열량측정 장치에서 등온 모드로 측정한, 정지 상태하에 124℃의 온도에서 결정화의 열흐름의 최대 값에 도달하는데 필요한 시간(분)이고, LCBI는 GPC-MALLS로 측정한, 측정 평균제곱 회전 반경 Rg대 동일한 분자량을 갖는 선형 PE에 대한 평균제곱 회전반경의 비율이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체로 구성되거나 또는 하나 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하는, 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지글러 나타(Ziegler-Natta) 중합 촉매를 사용하여 수득되는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지글러 나타 중합 촉매가 하기 a) 내지 c)의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
a) MgCl2상에 담지된 Ti 화합물을 포함하는 예비중합 고체 촉매 성분;
b) 유기-Al 화합물; 및 선택적으로
c) 외부 전자 공여체 화합물. - 하기의 추가적 특징의 적어도 하나를 갖는 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
GPC-MALLS로 측정한, 1,200,000 g/mol 이상의 z-평균 분자량 Mz;
- 15 내지 40의 Mw_MALLS/Mn_GPC 값;
조성물의 총 중량에 대하여 2.5 중량% 이하의 공단량체 함량(IR에 의해 측정됨). - 제1항에 있어서, 하기 A) 및 B)를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물:
A) 0.960 g/㎤이상의 밀도 및 30 g/10분 이상의 ISO 1133에 따른 2.16 kg 하중 하의 190℃에서의 용융 흐름 지수 MIE를 갖는 30 내지 70 중량%의 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 공중합체;
B) A)의 MIE 값보다 낮은 MIE 값을 갖는 30 내지 70 중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체. - 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 포함하는, 제조된 물품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단층 또는 다층 취입 필름 형태이며, 여기에서 적어도 하나의 층이 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 포함하는, 제조된 물품.
- 모든 중합 단계가 MgCl2상에 담지된 지글러-나타 중합 촉매의 존재 하에 수행되는 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 임의의 상호순서로 포함하는 방법:
a) 수소의 존재 하에 기체상 반응기에서 에틸렌을 선택적으로 하나 이상의 공단량체와 함께, 중합하는 단계;
b) 단계 a)보다 적은 양의 수소의 존재 하에 다른 기상 반응기에서 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 공단량체를 공중합하는 단계;
여기에서, 상기 기체상 반응기 중 적어도 하나에서, 성장하는 중합체 입자가 고속 유동화 또는 수송 조건 하에 제1 중합 구역을 통해 상향하여 흐르며, 상기 상승부를 떠난 후, 제2 중합 구역으로 들어가고, 상기 제2 중합 구역을 통해 이들이 중력의 작용 하에 하향하여 흐르며, 상기 제2 중합 구역을 떠난 후, 상기 제1 중합 구역 내로 다시 투입함으로써 상기 2개의 중합 구역 간에 중합체의 순환을 확립한다.
