Claims (6)
- 관통홀을 갖는 고정 부재와;
상기 고정 부재에 연결된 실린더와;
상기 고정 부재와 고압용기를 연결하는 고압용기 연결부와;
유압으로 작동하는 작동기와 실린더를 연결하는 작동기 연결부와;
실린더 내부에 위치하는 피스톤과;
실린더와 피스톤 사이에 채워진 유압유와;
피스톤의 외벽에 설치되고, 실린더와 피스톤 사이로의 유압유 누설을 방지하는 오링과;
고정 부재에 설치되고, 피스톤을 완충 작용하는 판형 스프링과;
피스톤과 상기 고정 부재 사이에 채워진 공압부와;
상기 관통홀을 막는 폐쇄니플과;
폐쇄니플을 파단하여 상기 관통홀을 통해 고압용기 연결부와 공압부를 연결시키는 니플파단장치 피스톤과;
니플파단장치 피스톤을 구동시키는 착화기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공압부는,
압축 공기로 채워진 공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 일부분에 형성된 포펫(puppet)과;
상기 포펫과 맞물리도록 형성된 시트부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기. - 제 1항에 있어서, 실린더에 배치되고, 실린더와 유압으로 작동하는 작동기를 연결하는 작동기 연결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 작동기 연결부는 실린더의 외벽에 형성되고, 상기 시트부와 대응하는 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 피스톤의 이동에 의해 포펫이 시트부에 안착함으로써 실린더 내부의 기체 누설이 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축압기.
