Claims (13)
2)하기 화학식4의 지방산 오일 화합물로부터 제조된 하기 화학식2의 아마이도프로필아민 화합물과 하기 화학식3의 할로치환 에스테르 화합물을 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 2) 단계에서, 상기 할로치환 에스테르 화합물 1몰 기준으로 상기 아마이도프로필아민 화합물을 1 내지 1.2몰 범위로 사용하는 것인 하기 화학식1의 생분해성 지방산계 계면활성제의 제조방법.

[상기 화학식1 내지 5에서,
R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 (C1-C30)알킬 또는 (C2-C30)알케닐이고;
R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 (C1-C30)알킬이고;
X1은 할로겐이다]
상기 축합반응은 파라톨루엔술포닉산, 인산, 차아인산, 차아인산소다 및 황산에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 산 촉매; 수산화리튬, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화마그네슘, 수산화바륨 및 수산화칼슘에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 염기 촉매; 및 철(Fe), 구리(Cu), 코발트(Co), 티타늄(Ti), 주석(Sn) 및 망간(Mn)에서 선택되는 하난 이상의 금속 촉매; 에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 촉매를 사용하여 수행되는 것인 생분해성 지방산계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
상기 축합반응은 화학식4의 지방산 오일 화합물 1 몰을 기준으로, 상기 화학식6의 아민 화합물을 2.8 내지 4 몰 사용하여 제조되는 것인 생분해성 지방산계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
상기 촉매는 상기 화학식 4의 지방산 오일 화합물 100 중량부를 기준으로, 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부로 사용되는 것인 생분해성 지방산계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
상기 축합반응은 100 내지 200 ℃ 온도에서 수행되는 것인 생분해성 지방산계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
상기 화학식3의 할로치환 에스테르 화합물은 상기 화학식5의 지방산 화합물 1몰을 기준으로, 상기 에피할로하이드린을 1 내지 2 몰 사용하여 제조되는 것인 생분해성 지방산계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
상기 화학식1의 화합물의 제조는 50 내지 150 ℃ 온도에서 반응이 수행되는 것인 생분해성 지방산계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
