Abstract
본 발명에 따른 플라스틱 고분자 필름 기판을 이용한 고분자 분산 액정렌즈에 따르면 교류 전압의 인가시에 스위칭 특성이 뛰어나기 때문에 3차원 고글과 같은 고기능성 렌즈에 사용될 수 있다.
또한 본 발명에 따른 플라스틱 고분자 필름 기판을 이용한 고분자 분산 액정렌즈는 종래의 액정(liquid crystal)과 다르게 광투과율이 우수하기 때문에 오토쉐이딩 기능을 구비하여 선글라스 등에 사용될 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 플라스틱 고분자 필름 기판을 이용한 고분자 분산 액정 렌즈의 구조를 보여주는 모식도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 플라스틱 고분자 필름 기판을 이용한 고분자 분산 액정 렌즈에 전기장을 인가하였을 때를 보여주는 모식도이다.

Claims (4)
- 상·하에 배치되는 ITO가 진공증착된 플렉시블 플라스틱 필름 기판;
상기 상·하 플라스틱 필름 기판 사이의 고분자 매트릭스; 및
상기 고분자 매트릭스 내부에 위치하고 상기 플라스틱 필름 기판의 양단에 1~10V의 구동 전압을 인가하는 경우 투명성을 갖는 액정; 을 포함하되,
상기 고분자 매트릭스는 프리폴리머로 테트라펑셔날 알리에테르(tetrafunctional allylether)와 트리펑셔날 모노머(trifunctional monomer)의 혼합물을 사용하고,
광개시제로 벤조-페논(benzo-phenon)을 사용하며,
상기 액정은 n-펜틸시아놀바이페닐(n-pentylcyanobiphenyl), n-헵틸시아바이페닐(n-heptylcyanobiphenyl), n-옥티록시아노바이페닐(n-octyloxycyanobiphenyl) 및 n-펜틸시아노터페닐(n-pentylcyanoterphenyl)의 공정(eutectic) 혼합물이고,
상기 액정과 프리폴리머를 혼합하여 UV 경화한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 고분자 필름 기판을 이용한 고분자 분산 액정 렌즈. - 삭제

상기 플라스틱 필름 기판은 PC(Polycarbonate), PES(PolyEther Sulphone), PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate) 및 PEN(Poly(Ethylene 2,6-Naphthalate)) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 고분자 필름 기판을 이용한 고분자 분산 액정 렌즈.
