Claims (7)
- 금속 분말, 활성탄소, 및 물을 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 단계;
상기 슬러리에 산을 첨가하여 상기 슬러리를 발포시키는 단계;
상기 발포된 슬러리를 60 ℃ 초과 300 ℃ 미만의 온도에서 건조하여 발포체를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 발포체를 상기 금속의 용융점 미만의 온도로 소결하여, 상기 발포체의 금속을 접합시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 슬러리를 발포시키는 단계에서 산에 의해 상기 슬러리 내 금속 분말이 산화되어 상기 발포체가 전기 절연성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,
다수의 기공을 포함하고 전기 절연성 및 열 전도성을 갖는 히트싱크용 금속 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산은 염산, 황산, 및 질산 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속 발포체의 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 분말은 금(Au), 은(Ag), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al), 철(Fe), 마그네슘(Mg), 구리(Cu), 티타늄(Ti), 및 주석(Sn) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
금속 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 금속 분말 및 활성 탄소를 포함하는 슬러리가 산에 의해 발포되고 발포된 슬러리가 경화되어 형성되며,
상기 산에 의해 상기 금속 분말이 산화되어 전기 절연성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,
다수의 기공을 포함하고 전기 절연성 및 열 전도성을 갖는,
