Abstract
본 발명에서는 이온 교환탑 및 가열 리클레이머를 이용한 흡수제 복합 환원 방법을 통해, 가열 리클레이머 공정의 운전 주기 및 이온교환수지의 재생주기를 늘림으로써, 퇴화 흡수제의 재생 시 에너지를 절감하고 흡수제의 보충량을 최소화하여 공정 운영비를 최소화할 수 있으며, 또한 흡수제의 종류에 관계 없이 적용이 가능하게 한다. 또한, 처리된 흡수제를 다방향 밸브를 이용하여 흡수탑에 분리 주입함으로써, 흡수탑의 온도를 낮추어 흡수탑의 반응효율을 동시에 높일 수 있다.

Claims (16)
- 흡수제를 이용한 산성가스의 흡수가 이루어지는 흡수탑;
흡수탑과 연결되고 흡수제의 재생이 이루어지는 탈거탑;
탈거탑과 연결되고 탈거탑으로 재순환되는 재생 흡수제를 가열하여 재생 흡수제에 포함된 열 안정성 염을 처리하는 가열 리클레이머;
흡수탑과 탈거탑 사이에 설치되고 흡수탑으로 이송되는 재생 흡수제에 포함된 열 안정성 염을 처리하는 이온 교환탑; 및
흡수탑과 이온 교환탑 사이에 설치되고, 이온 교환탑에서 처리한 흡수제를 흡수탑에 분리 주입 가능하게 하는 다방향 밸브를 포함하는 산성가스 포집장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
이온 교환탑에는 강염기성 음이온 교환수지 또는 강산성 양이온 교환수지가 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
가열 리클레이머의 가열수단은 전기 또는 스팀이고, 가열 온도는 100 내지 150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
열 안정성 염은 포름산염, 아세트산염, 탄산염, 황산염, 인산염, 염화물, 티오시안산염, 바이신, 티오황산염, 옥살산염, 글리콜산염 또는 질산염 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
흡수제는 아민계, 아미노산염, 무기염계 용액, 암모니아수 또는 금속 이온염 용액 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
산성가스는 CO2, H2S, SO2, NO2 또는 COS 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 포집장치.
- 흡수탑에서 흡수제를 이용하여 산성가스를 흡수하는 단계;
탈거탑에서 흡수제를 재생하는 단계;
탈거탑으로 재순환되는 재생 흡수제를 가열 리클레이머에서 가열하여 재생 흡수제에 포함된 열 안정성 염을 처리하는 단계;
흡수탑으로 이송되는 재생 흡수제에 포함된 열 안정성 염을 이온 교환탑에서 처리하는 단계; 및
흡수탑과 이온 교환탑 사이에 설치된 다방향 밸브를 통해 이온 교환탑에서 처리한 흡수제를 흡수탑에 분리 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 산성가스 포집방법.
