Claims (7)
- 집광형 및 평판형 플렉서블 하이브리드 태양전지에 있어서,
박막형 플렉서블 태양전지를 포함하고, 가요성이 있는 제1태양전지;
집광형 플렉서블 태양전지를 포함하고, 가요성이 있는 제2태양전지;
상기 제2태양전지의 상부에는 구성되어 있는 렌즈부;
상기 제1태양전지는 Si기반 플렉서블 박막 태양전지, CIGS 플렉서블 박막태양전지, 유기 플렉서블 박막 태양전지, 염료 감응형 플렉서블 박막 태양전지, 페로브스카이트 태양전지, 플라스틱 플렉서블 박막 태양전지 중 적어도 하나로 구성되고, 상기 제2태양전지는 3-5족 화합물을 포함하는 플렉서블 태양전지이고,
상기 제1태양전지는 복수의 제1태양전지 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 제2태양전지는 복수의 제2태양전지 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 제1태양전지 모듈 사이에, 상기 제2태양전지 모듈이 위치하며,
상기 렌즈부는 볼렌즈와 렌즈완충부를 포함하고,
상기 볼렌즈의 수는 상기 복수의 제2태양전지 모듈의 수와 대응되며,
상기 복수의 볼렌즈의 일측은 상기 제2태양전지 모듈에 맞닿아 결합되고,
상기 렌즈완충부는 상기 복수의 볼렌즈의 각각의 사이에 구성되며, 상기 볼렌즈보다 가요성이 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 하이브리드 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈부는 상기 복수의 볼렌즈 및 상기 렌즈완충부가 일체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 하이브리드 태양전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈부는 상기 제2태양전지에 태양광을 집광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 하이브리드 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈부는 수지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 하이브리드 태양전지.
