Description
도 2는 VPH 회절 격자의 입사각 변화에 따른 회절 효율을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 투과 회절 격자 기반의 분광기를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 도 3에서 설명된 투과 회절 격자, 제2거울 및 제1렌즈 사이의 관계를 보다 상세히 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 투과 회절 격자 기반의 분광기를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
Claims (11)
- 평행광을 반사하는 제1거울;
상기 반사된 평행광을 회절시키며, 고정된 투과 회절 격자;
상기 투과 회절 격자를 투과한 빛을 반사하는 제2거울;
상기 제2거울에 의해 반사된 빛을 검출기로 집광하는 제1렌즈; 및
상기 제1 및 제2거울을 회전시키는 구동부를 포함하며,
상기 제2거울은, 상기 투과 회절 격자를 투과한 빛의 중심이 상기 제2거울의 회전축에 위치하도록 배치되며,
상기 제2거울의 회전축은, 상기 제1렌즈의 광축 상에 위치하며,
상기 구동부는, 상기 제2거울에 의해 반사된 빛이 상기 제1렌즈의 광축에 평행하게 입사되도록 상기 제2거울을 회전시키는
투과 회절 격자 기반 분광기.
