Claims (8)
- 열간 프레스 성형 전에, 프레스 대상인 강판을 가열하는 강판 가열 방법이며,
상기 강판에 있어서의 성형 후에 불요하게 되는 불요부를, 상기 강판이 휘지 않는 장력을 부가하여 지지 부재에 의해 상기 강판의 수평 방향의 양단부에서 고정 지지하고, 상기 강판을 연직 방향으로 지지한 상태에서, 상기 강판을 노 내측면에 히터를 갖는 가열로에 반입하고,
상기 가열로에서 소정 온도로 가열한 후, 상기 강판을 가열로로부터 반출하고, 그 후 상기 불요부를 제거하는, 강판 가열 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열로 내에서, 강판을 상하 방향으로 이동시키는, 강판 가열 방법. - 열간 프레스 성형 전에, 프레스 대상인 강판을 가열하는 강판 가열 장치이며,
상기 강판을 연직 상태로 수용 가능한 가열로와, 상기 강판을 지지 부재에 의해 연직 방향으로 지지한 상태에서 상기 가열로의 반송로 내를 통과시키는 반송 장치를 갖고,
상기 가열로는, 대향하는 측벽 간에 형성된 강판의 반송로와, 상기 측벽의 적어도 한쪽의 면에 설치되어, 상기 강판을 가열하는 히터를 갖고,
상기 반송 장치는, 강판에 있어서의 성형 후에는 불요하게 되는 불요부를 상기 강판의 수평 방향의 양단부에서 고정 지지하여 강판을 지지하는 지지 부재와, 상기 고정 지지된 강판이 휘지 않는 장력을 부가하는 장력 부가 기구와, 상기 지지 부재를, 상기 가열로의 입구 전방의 상방으로부터 출구 후방의 상방에 걸쳐 설치된 레일을 따라서 이동시키는 이동 기구를 갖고 있는, 강판 가열 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 지지 부재를 상하 방향으로 이동시키는 상하 구동 기구를 갖고 있는, 강판 가열 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가열로의 출구 후방에서, 상기 불요부를 전단하는 전단 기구를 갖고 있는, 강판 가열 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 가열로의 출구 후방에서, 상기 불요부를 전단하는 전단 기구를 갖고 있는, 강판 가열 장치. - 삭제
