Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 I의 폴리에테르 실록산.

상기 식에서,
R, R1 및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며,
R은 각 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, -(CH2)x-O-(CH2-CR'R''-O)y-R''' 이고,
R' 및 R''은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 -H, -CH3, -CH2CH3 또는 페닐이고,
R'''은 -H, 알킬 또는 아실이며,
R1 및 R2는 각각 R이고,
폴리에테르 잔기 R 내의 알킬렌 옥시드 단위 (CH2-CR'R''-O)는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 화학식 I의 폴리에테르 실록산 분자 내의 폴리에테르 잔기 R은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며,
평균적으로 (화학식 I의 모든 화합물에 대한 수 평균으로서)
n + m + 2는 10 초과 내지 200이고,
m은 0 내지 40이며,
x는 2 내지 10이고,
y는 1 내지 50이며,
25% 이상의 R''' 라디칼이 수소이고, 말단 기 R'''이 -H인 모든 폴리에테르 잔기 R의 50% 이상이 2급 또는 3급 OH 말단 기를 가지며,
평균적으로 (화학식 I의 모든 화합물에 대한 수 평균으로) 45 몰% 이상의 알킬렌 옥시드 단위 (CH2-CR'R''-O)가 에틸렌 옥시드 (R' = R'' = -H)이고,
R'''이 수소이고, 따라서 존재하는 OH 기가 2급 또는 3급 OH 기인 폴리에테르 잔기 R이, R' 및 R''의 하나 이상이 -H가 아니고, R' 및 R''의 하나 이상이 -H가 아닌 폴리에테르 분자 당 0.5 내지 5몰 당량의 상응하는 알킬렌 옥시드를 최종적으로 부가하여 수득된 알킬렌 옥시드 단위의 말단 블록을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 존재하는 폴리에테르 잔기 R이 R'''이 -H이고, R' 및 R''의 하나 이상이 -H가 아닌 알킬렌 옥시드 단위의 말단 블록을 갖는 경우 이외에는 단지 에틸렌 옥시드 (R' = R'' = -H)만으로부터 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르 실록산.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 평균적으로 n + m + 2가 15 내지 100이며, x가 3이고, y가 5 내지 25이며, R1 및 R2가 모두 R 유형의 폴리에테르 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르 실록산.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 발포체 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체의 제조를 위한 폴리에테르 실록산.
- 1종 이상의 이소시아네이트 성분, 1종 이상의 폴리올 성분, 1종 이상의 발포 안정화제, 1종 이상의 우레탄 및/또는 이소시아누레이트 촉매, 물 및/또는 발포제, 및 임의로는 1종 이상의 난연제 및/또는 추가의 첨가제를 함유하며, 제1항 또는 제3항에 따른 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 실록산이 발포 안정화제로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체의 제조에 적합한 조성물.
- 제7항에 따른 조성물을 반응시켜 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 따른 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 100 질량부를 기준으로 하여 발포 안정화제로서 제1항 또는 제3항에 따른 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 실록산 0.1 내지 10 질량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 단열 보드 및 단열재로서의 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체.
- 제9항에 따른 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 단열재로서 포함하는 냉각 장치.
