Abstract

The present invention relates to an SNP marker composition, a primer set, a probe, and a microarray for determining ever-bearing and one-season-bearing strawberry species, including polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof comprising at least eight nucleotides SNP located in the 740th base of a promoter base sequence of strawberry FT2 gene of Sequence No. 1; a kit for determining ever-bearing and one-season-bearing strawberry species, including the primer set and a reagent for making an amplification reaction; and a method for determining ever-bearing and one-season-bearing strawberry species by using the primer.
