Abstract
본 발명은 전분이 함유된 생분해성 발포 성형물의 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 전분이 함유된 생분해성 발포 성형물에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 발포 성형물의 용도에 따라 펄프 재질의 종이가 발포 성형물의 일면 전체 또는 양면 전체에 합지되거나, 혹은 일면의 일부분에 합지된 전분이 함유된 생분해성 발포 성형물의 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 전분이 함유된 생분해성 발포 성형물에 관한 것이다.
2. 구성 및 효과
본 발명은 전분이 함유된 생분해성 원료를 고체 상태의 시트가 아닌 함수율이 40%~70%인 반죽(젤) 상태로 제조한 후 반죽상태로 금형에 투입하여 발포 성형함으로써 종래기술에서와 같이, 시트의 터짐 현상을 방지하는 하고, 펄프 재질로 이루어진 종이와의 부착력을 향상시켜 불량률을 최소화하면서 제품의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 전분, 물, 가소제 및 보강 충진제를 혼련하여 함수율이 40~70%인 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 제조하는 단계;
펄프 재질의 하부시트와 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 금형에 투입하는 단계; 및
상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트와 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 발포 성형하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트와 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 금형에 투입하는 단계는,
상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트를 다수의 공기 배출홀이 형성된 내금형의 내부로 투입하는 단계;
상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트의 상부에 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 투입하는 단계;
상기 내금형을 이송시켜 가압금형의 내부로 투입시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트와 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 발포 성형하는 단계는,
상기 가압금형을 통해 상기 내금형으로 열을 가하여 상기 내금형 내에 투입된 상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트와 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 동시에 발포 성형하는 단계;
상기 내금형을 상기 가압금형으로부터 분리시키는 단계;
상기 내금형 내의 공기를 배출시켜 발포 성형된 발포 성형물을 건조시키는 단계; 및
상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트와 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 금형에 투입하는 단계는 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료의 상부에 펄프 재질의 상부시트를 투입하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 가압금형을 통해 상기 내금형으로 열을 가하여 상기 내금형 내에 투입된 상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트 및 상부시트와 상기 반죽 상태의 생분해성 원료를 동시에 발포 성형하는 단계를 더 포함하며,
상기 펄프 재질의 상부시트 및 상기 펄프 재질의 하부시트는 각각 로얄 아이보리지, 트레이싱지, 한지, 백상지 중 단독 또는 2종 이상의 합지로 이루어진 시트 형태로 상기 내금형의 내부로 투입되거나, 로얄 아이보리지, 트레이싱지, 한지, 백상지 중 단독 또는 2종 이상의 합지가 상기 발포 성형물에 대응하는 형상으로 성형된 성형물로 제조된 후 상기 내금형의 내부로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 함유된 생분해성 발포 성형물의 제조방법. - 삭제
