Claims (6)
- 황토를 0.5∼2㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별하여 불순물을 제거하는 선별단계(S1);
유용미생물(EM)을 정제수로 480∼530배로 희석시켜 미생물의 개체수를 조절하는 EM희석단계(S2);
상기 선별된 황토에 유용미생물(EM)이 희석된 정제수를 넣고 혼합하되, 15∼25℃의 온도와 65∼75%의 습도 조건하에서 반죽기를 통해 1∼3시간 동안 반죽하여 황토반죽을 형성시키는 황토반죽단계(S3);
상기 황토반죽 100중량부를 기준으로, 1∼5㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별된 왕겨분말 10∼25중량부와, 1∼3㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별된 견운모분말 10∼20중량부와, 1∼3㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별된 플라이애쉬 5∼15중량부를 혼합한 후, 15∼25℃의 온도와 65∼75%의 습도 조건하의 믹서기에 넣어 2∼5시간 동안 반죽하여 혼합반죽을 형성시키는 혼합반죽단계(S4);
상기 혼합반죽을 180∼200ton의 프레스로 압축 성형하는 황토벽돌성형단계(S5);
상기 성형된 황토 벽돌을 72∼96시간 동안 일광 건조시키는 건조단계(S6);를 포함하고,
상기 혼합반죽단계(S4)에서 황토반죽에 왕겨분말 및 견운모분말을 혼합하기 전 단계로서, 유용미생물(EM)이 희석된 정제수에 황토를 희석하여 황토수를 만든 다음, 1∼5㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별된 왕겨분말과, 1∼3㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별된 견운모분말과, 1∼3㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별된 플라이애쉬 각각에 황토수를 수차례 스프레이 분사하여 왕겨분말 및 견운모분말에 황토수가 골고루 코팅되게 하는 혼합물준비단계(S4-1)를 더 포함하고,

상기 황토벽돌성형단계(S5)에서, 프레스의 상,하 양측면 중 어느 일측면 전체에 골고루 1∼3㎜ 간격의 메쉬망으로 선별된 견운모분말을 준비하여 압축 성형과정에서 황토벽돌의 상,하 양측면 중 어느 일측면 전체 외부면에 견운모분말이 노출되도록 하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 황토벽돌성형단계(S5) 이후, 유용미생물(EM)이 희석된 정제수에 황토를 희석하여 만든 황토수를 황토벽돌의 표면에 스프레이 분사하거나, 상기 황토수에 황토벽돌을 침적시키는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EM 황토벽돌의 제조방법. - 삭제
