Description
도 1A는 다상 반응기 시스템을 위한 슬링거장치의 제1 실시례의 측면 개략도를 도시한다;
도 1B는 다상 반응기 시스템을 위한 슬링거장치의 제1 실시례의 평면 개략도를 도시한다;
도 2A는 다상 반응기 시스템을 위한 슬링거장치의 제2 실시례의 측면 개략도를 도시한다;
도 2B는 다상 반응기 시스템을 위한 슬링거장치의 제2 실시례의 평면 개략도를 도시하며; 그리고
도3은 슬링거 플레이트 디자인의 개략도를 도시한다.
본 발명은 이제 발명의 범위와 영역을 제한하지 않는 실시례들을 참조로 설명될 것이다. 설명은 순수 실시례와 설명의 방식으로 제공된다.

Claims (9)
- 다상 반응기 시스템에서 방향족 알킬을 산화시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,
상기 방법은,
상기 반응기 시스템의 반응용기에서 방향족 알킬과 용매를 포함하는 액체 반응 매체를 투입하는 단계;
열을 발생시키고 상기 액체 반응 매체의 증발을 가져오는 산화에 영향을 주기 위해 반응용기의 작동 하부의 인접위치에서 공기를 상기 액체 반응 매체에 분사하는 단계;
환류 액체를 발생시키기 위해 상기 액체 반응 매체의 증기의 적어도 일 부분을 응축하는 단계;
상기 반응용기의 내벽의 고체 침전을 청소하고 배출증기와 오프가스(off-gas)로부터 고체립자들을 세척하기 위하여 상기 환류 액체의 제1 부분을 상기 반응용기의 작동 상부에 인접하였으며 중앙에 배치된 교반 축 상에 설치된 슬링거 장치를 통하여 상기 반응용기에 되돌려보내는 단계; 및
상기 환류 액체의 제2 부분을 상기 액체 반응 매체로 되돌려보내는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 슬링거 장치는 상기 환류 액체를 수집하기 위한 공간을 한정하기 위한 교반축을 적어도 부분적으로 감싸는 수직 원주형 플레이트와 커버 플레이트에 의해 한정되는 보관수단을 포함하며, 상기 보관수단에는 상기 교반 축의 회전 시 투사궤도경로에 따라 상기 내벽 상에 상기 환류 액체를 균일하게 분포하기 위한 복수의 분사 수단이 제공되고, 상기 투사궤도경로는 상기 내벽에 360°로 상기 환류 액체를 분포하고, 상기 복수의 분사 수단은 상기 수직 원주형 플레이트 상에 제공된 적어도 하나의 분사관 및 상기 수직 원주형 플레이트 상에 제공된 복수의 동일한 간격으로 떨어져 있는 복수의 원주형 튜브를 포함하는, 다상 반응기 시스템에서 방향족 알킬을 산화시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬링거 장치는 상기 커버 플레이트에 제공된 오목 날개를 더 포함하고, 상기 복수의 동일한 간격으로 떨어져 있는 복수의 원주형 튜브 및 상기 오목 날개는 상기 배출증기를 세척하기 위해 상기 환류 액체의 우산을 형성하도록 구성되는, 다상 반응기 시스템에서 방향족 알킬을 산화시키기 위한 방법. - 삭제
