Abstract
Description
도 2는 각종 항D 다이머 항체를 이용하는 라텍스 응집법에 있어서, 피검시료 중에 존재하는 DD/E 모노머의 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 각종 항D 다이머 항체를 이용하는 라텍스 응집법에 있어서, 피검시료 중에 존재하는 프래그먼트 D1의 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 각종 항D 다이머 항체를 이용하는 ELISA법에 있어서, DD/E 모노머 또는 그 각 구성 프래그먼트, 피브리노겐 분해산물(FgDP)인 프래그먼트 D1 또는 프래그먼트 E3, 또는, 이들 프래그먼트 혼합물과의 반응성을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 각종 항D 다이머 항체를 이용하는 라텍스 응집법에 있어서, 피검시료 중에 존재하는 DD/E 모노머의 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 6은 각종 항D 다이머 항체를 이용하는 라텍스 응집법에 있어서, 피검시료 중에 존재하는 프래그먼트 D1의 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 항D 다이머 항체를 이용하는 라텍스 시약, 및, 종래 시판의 D 다이머 시약에 있어서, 피검시료 중에 존재하는 프래그먼트 D1의 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 8은 동결 융해한 혈장 검체를 본 발명 항체(비교하기 위해 종래항체)로 흡수 조작을 행하여 얻어진 상청(上淸, S), 항체 결합물 (B) 〔대조하기 위해 미처리 혈장(P)〕을 전기영동하고, 웨스턴 블로팅(항Fbg 항체로 검출)의 결과를 나타낸 상이다.
Claims (5)
- 안정화 피브린의 플라스민 분해산물인 D 다이머와 특이적으로 반응하나,
피브리노겐과 반응하지 않고,
피브리노겐의 플라스민 분해산물인 프래그먼트 X, 프래그먼트 Y, 프래그먼트 D1, 및 프래그먼트 E3의 어느 것과도 반응하지 않으며,
DD/E 모노머를 해리시킨 프래그먼트 DD 및, 프래그먼트 E1 및 프래그먼트 E2의 어느 것과도 반응하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항D 다이머 항체. - 청구항 1 기재의 항체의 프래그먼트로서, D 다이머와 특이적으로 반응하는 항원결합 부위를 포함하는 항체 프래그먼트.
- 청구항 1 기재의 항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 기재의 항체 또는 청구항 2 기재의 항체 프래그먼트를 포함하는, D 다이머의 면역학적 측정시약.
