Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 실시 예로서 솥전이 솥 몸체에 결합된 상태를 나타낸 단면도 이며,
도 3은 본 발명의 솥전이 솥 몸체의 결합홈에 결합된 상태의 확대 단면도이며,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 실시 예로서 솥 몸체에 솥전을 결합하여 솥을 제작하는 공정도를 나타낸 것이며,
도 5는 본 발명의 솥 제작공정도에 따라 제작된 솥을 나타낸 제품 사진이며다.
도6은 본 발명의 다른 실시 예를 나타낸 솥 제품의 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
본 발명의 알루미늄 솥은 본 공정에서 솥전(30)을 결합홈(22)에 대응시킨 후 결합홈(22)과 대응된 부분의 솥전 상부와 하부에서 유압프레스(60)로 가압시켜 솥전(30)의 개방부(32) 내주면이 결합홈(22)에 끼워져 결합되도록 알루미늄 솥을 제조할 수 있데된다.

- 알루미늄 판재를 이용하여 유압프레스 금형으로 솥 몸체를 성형하고 이의 내 외면에 세라믹코팅하여 이루어지는 알루미늄 솥 제조방법에 있어서,
3∼6㎜의 두께를 갖는 알루미늄 판재를 이용하여 유압프레스 성형된 솥 몸체 외주면 형성되는 솥전 위치에 단면상 "ㄷ"자형 결합홈을 형성하는 단계;
3∼6㎜의 두께를 갖는 알루미늄 판재를 이용하여 유압프레스로 중앙부에 개방부를 형성하되, 솥전은 결합홈과 결합되는 연결부로부터 외향으로 10∼20㎜까지는 수평을 유지하고 그 이후의 솥전은 말단부가 하향으로 기울기를 갖도록 형상의 솥전을 성형하는 단계;
상기 성형된 솥전의 개방부 내주면이 솥 몸체 결합홈과 대응되도록 끼운 후 솥전 상부와 하부에서 유압프레스로 압착시켜 솥전의 개방부 내주면이 결합홈에 끼워져 결합되도록 하는 단계;
상기 솥 몸체의 결합홈에 끼워져 고정된 솥전 저면의 결합홈 연결부를 용착하는 단계;
상기 결합홈 연결부를 용착후 솥전 상부 외면과 솥전 상부의 솥 몸체 외면을 세라믹 코팅하여 솥전의 유압프레스 가압홈을 메우고 솥 내 외면을 세라믹 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 솥 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제3항의 알루미늄 솥 제조방법에 의해 제조된 솥.
