Claims (19)
- 대향 배치된 2개의 기판; 및 상기 2개의 기판 사이에 존재하고, 비저항이 1.0 x 10+10 Ω·cm 이하이며, 네마틱 액정 화합물을 포함하는 액정층을 포함하고, 초기상태에서 투과 모드를 구현하며, 외부 에너지의 인가에 의해 산란 모드로 스위칭되고, 상기 외부 에너지가 사라지면 투과 모드로 다시 스위칭되는 액정셀(단, 상기 비저항은 1cm2의 면적 및 1cm의 간격을 기준으로 환산한 상온 비저항이다).

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 초기 상태에서 액정층은 수직 배향 상태인 액정셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 초기 상태에서 액정층은 수평 배향 상태인 액정셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정층의 수평 전도도(σ//) 또는 수직 전도도(σ⊥)는 1.0 x 10-4 μS/cm 이상인 액정셀(단, 상기 수평 전도도 및 수직 전도도는 1cm2의 면적 및 1cm의 간격을 기준으로 환산한 상온 전도도이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정층의 수직 전도도(σ⊥)에 대한 수평 전도도(σ//)의 비율(σ//÷σ⊥)이 0.2 이상이고, 액정층의 수평 전도도(σ//))에 대한 수직 전도도(σ⊥)의 비율(σ⊥÷σ//)이 2.0 이하인 액정셀(단, 상기 전도도 비율은 1cm2의 면적 및 1cm의 간격을 기준으로 환산한 상온 전도도 비율이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정층의 수직 전도도(σ⊥)에 대한 수평 전도도(σ//)의 비율(σ//÷σ⊥)이 0.7 이상이고, 액정층의 수평 전도도(σ//))에 대한 수직 전도도(σ⊥)의 비율(σ⊥÷σ//)이 1.0 이하인 액정셀(단, 상기 전도도 비율은 1cm2의 면적 및 1cm의 간격을 기준으로 환산한 상온 전도도 비율이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 초기 상태에서 400nm 내지 700nm 파장의 광에 대한 투과율이 80% 이상이고 헤이즈가 10% 이하인 투과 모드인 액정셀.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 외부 에너지 인가에 의하여 400nm 내지 700nm 파장의 광에 대한 투과율이 75%이상이고, 헤이즈가 90% 이상인 산란 모드로 스위칭되는 액정셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정층은 이방성 염료를 추가로 포함하는 액정셀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 초기 상태에서 400nm 내지 700nm 파장의 광에 대한 투과율이 60% 이상이고 헤이즈가 10% 이하인 투과 모드인 액정셀.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 외부 에너지 인가에 의하여 400nm 내지 700nm 파장의 광에 대한 투과율이 50%이하이고, 헤이즈가 90% 이상인 산란 모드로 스위칭되는 액정셀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 이방성 염료는 흑색 염료인 액정셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정층은 이온성 불순물, 이온성 액체, 염, 반응성 작용기를 가지는 모노머 또는 개시제를 추가로 포함하는 액정셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정층은 폴리머 네트워크를 추가로 포함하는 액정셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기판의 액정층 측면에 존재하는 배향막을 추가로 포함하는 액정셀.
