Claims (12)
- 외과용 안정기 플레이트로서,
2개 이상의 상이한 추체에 부착됨으로써 사람 또는 동물 척추를 안정시키기 위한 플레이트 부분을 포함하고, 상이한 추체 내에 고정되도록 구성되는 복수의 체결 부분을 또한 포함하며, 체결 부분들 중 적어도 하나는 플레이트 부분에 고정연결되고, 근위측으로부터 접근가능한 종방향 개구 및 종방향 개구로부터 외부에 이르는 적어도 하나의 구멍을 갖춘 외장 요소를 포함하며, 외과용 안정기 플레이트는 또한 각각의 외장 요소에 대해, 외장 요소 내로 삽입되거나 삽입가능한 그리고 열가소성 요소에 작용하는 에너지에 의해 액화될 수 있는 상기 열가소성 요소를 포함하고, 구멍은 액화된 열가소성 재료가 체결 부분이 내부에 고정되는 추체의 골 조직 내로 구멍을 통해 압입가능하도록 위치되며, 적어도 하나의 체결 부분은 외과용 안정기 플레이트에 가해지는 기계적 하중을 흡수할 수 있는 안정화 구조물을 포함하며, 적어도 하나의 구멍은 반경 방향 구멍이고, 안정화 구조물은 반경 방향 구멍의 원위 방향으로 안정화 부분을 포함하며, 플레이트 부분은 평탄하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 제1항에 있어서,
플레이트 부분과 적어도 하나의 반경 방향 구멍 사이의 거리는 반경 방향 구멍을 통해 주위 골 조직 내로 가압되는 액화된 재료가 재-고화 후 피질하 고정을 제공하도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 제1항에 있어서,
안정화 부분의 축방향 연장 범위는 적어도 플레이트 부분과 반경 방향 구멍 사이의 거리의 2/3인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
체결 부분은 비-원형 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 제4항에 있어서,
체결 부분의 횡방향 연장 범위는 상방-하방 방향으로의 연장 범위보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 제4항에 있어서,
체결 부분 중 적어도 하나는 체결 부분 본체로부터의 윙 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 제1항에 있어서,
플레이트 부분은 웨이스트형 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 제1항에 있어서,
플레이트 부분은 리지 및 비드 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 안정기 플레이트. - 삭제
