도 2는 변형 예에 따른 탄성 전기접촉단자를 나타내는 사시도이다.

상기한 것처럼, 일정한 두께를 갖는 고강도 금속시트를 프레스 금형으로 타발하여, 도 1(c)과 같이, 브리지(120) 각각이 접촉부(130)와 베이스(110) 사이에서 일정 간격을 유지하면서 연장된다.
따라서, 접촉부(130)가 베이스(110)의 내측에서 타발에 의해 형성되기 때문에 베이스(110)의 가장자리는 접촉부(130)의 가장자리로부터 외측에 위치하게 된다.

Claims (16)
- 금속 재질의 단일 몸체로 이루어지고,
하나의 대상물에 고정되는 베이스;
일단이 상기 베이스에 연결되고 나선형(spiral)으로 권회하면서 상방으로 경사지게 연장하여 상하방향으로 탄성을 갖는 다수의 브리지; 및
각 브리지의 타단에 연결되어 지지되는 접촉부로 구성되며,
상기 브리지 각각은 상기 접촉부와 상기 베이스 사이에서 일정 간격을 유지하면서 연장되고,
상기 브리지의 수평방향의 폭은 상하방향의 두께보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 전기접촉단자. - 청구항 1에서,
상기 베이스의 가장자리가 상방 또는 하방으로 절곡되어 리브를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 전기접촉단자. - 삭제

대향하는 전기전도성 대상물 사이에 개재되고,

상기 베이스 또는 상기 접촉부 중 다른 하나는 상기 전기전도성 대상물 중 다른 하나에 물리적으로 탄성 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
